Quality of video is good but the battery life on these units is not what they advertised, hook it up to power source and its good to go!

This gives us a real sense of security . Easy to install, wired to our existing doorbell . Remote access from anywhere

I bought the Ring pro initially when I moved into my house and regret it. I ended up returning it because it never powered on. Unlike the other Ring doorbells, this one you have to attach to your chime. I have 2 chimes and we tried attaching it to both and it never ended up working. Ring support was quite irritating to work with too. I ended up returning it and getting the Ring 2 and love it. Was super easy to snap in and install, didn’t have to deal with the chime install. Highly recommend saving money and going for Ring 1 or 2 models and not the Pro!

Took some adjusting to get the motion sensing to not be overly sensitive but overall a great security addition to my home!

Use this at the front door to our corporate offices and the app rings on a group of people's cell phones when someone comes to the door. Great solution even though this seems to be more of a residential product. Easy installation as well !

Love this thing. Unfortunately though, it kept buzzing my doorbell, transformer issue, not sure. ring customer support is excellent and sending a replacement. It does everything well and the subscription is dirt cheap.

For the price and ease of install/use, everyone should have these. The 720p camera is good picture quality and the app is easy to use.

Very easy install, great sale price. works well. a little glitchy sometimes. had to play with the sensitivity. All in all a good value

The Ring Doorbell is a great security feature for any home. It has motion sensing even before someone rings the doorbell. Day and night vision is clear. I would give it 5 stars, but there is a slight delay in the notification to my iPhone.

This item should be on the top of everyone’s list of things to buy. Very easy to install and use and the picture and video quality is outstanding.

Highly recommend buy for security reasons. Would suggest having a good router for WIFI. Easy tutorial video for set-up.

i love our ring system, i don't have wired doorbell so we purchased this. it connects via wifi. the battery lasts about 2 months then it charges via micro cable. takes a couple of hours to fully charge. we were on vacation in California and someone rang the bell, we thought it was an intruder we called the police they came and spoke to us via the doorbell, awesome product, also love the fact that the app gives you updates on your neighborhood what others are reporting via their ring, ex: package being stolen, car broken in all captured via the ring

Our doorbell is located on the side wall, not next to the door facing out. The app was helpful and easy to use. In the end, we didn’t use this product because our doorbell is not facing outward to capture good video.

This is my second Ring door bell along with Ring Pro door bell. I use them at my US home and overseas. They provide me worry free viewing of my property. The discounted price was excellent. Customer Service and Technical support is excellent.

As it has both audio and video and the ways it notified us that help to protect our home at least either for front or back door. I am givin 4 star ⭐️ just because of size. Though small size is already in the market.

The doorbell is exactly what I wanted. Motion sensor activates an alert as well as anybody pressing the actual doorbell. As long as you have cell service or wifi you will receive an alert. $30/year for could monitoring is worth it.
