This is a great product. I have used it many times while not at home. I even confronted the USPS man as he dumped one of my packages on the corner of the box, potentially damaging the contents found within. Easy DIY installation.

The Ring is great at showing you who came to the door, and you can talk with them via your smartphone. For me, it captures cars passing more than people in my yard, even at the lowest setting. I still feel safer with it. I think it is a great product. Both sound and video are excellent. My brother installed it on my stuccoed house and he was impressed that the tools for installation were included,, minus the drill.

Live on a dead end street—love getting notifications of motion nearby, as well as seeing who is actually at the door, even when I’m not home! Fairly easy to wire into existing doorbel.

It’s a great thing to have... so simple to install and use. It’s 2017 so it’s time we had something like this available. Good small way to protect your home in a sense. It’s no alarm but it gets the job done.

I’m slowly trying to make my house “smart”. This is a great addition to my house. It was easy to set up, and gave me options to either use battery or wired connection. I’m using the battery. The instructions said the battery would last six months, but mine last only one month. This could be because of the extreme cold and constant reviewing of the videos. I would give this a five star if I could get the voice answering service to work.

Seems to be working just fine. It's great to be able to see who is coming and going, even when I'm at work. Can capture photos, and save for later as well. Great product that works even in cold temperatures.

This doorbell camera works extremely well and was not too difficult to set up. Being able to view someone at the door and answer the doorbell with live voice anywhere in the house (or away from home) via the phone is fantastic!

We bought this especially because there has been so much theft in our neighborhood, this is an amazing product, you can check from your phone and talk to whoever is on the otherside I highly recommend this!

Good picture quality and easy to install. A great choice if you don't want to spend an extra 100 on a full HD doorbell. I recommend getting the chime pro with any ring doorbell as they tend to have issues connecting to wifi, especially if you're installing this on a brick wall. Make sure you have good internet speeds as well. I recommend at least 25 mbps if you're going to run 1 or 2 security cameras.

We are very pleased with the Ring doorbell. The videos are very good quality and would be useful for identification purposes. We also like the neighborhood alerts feature. This is a great security product.

Love it. Setup was easy and simple. Help and video tutorials were very good and helpful. Service and options are great and with the small price for added peace of mind and neighborhood insight and sharing.

The Ring video doorbell is a great way to view who comes to your door, but there is a slight delay in getting from the push of the button, to your phone if you are not physically at the ring's location. But it could be a factor of many things like the connection of the Ring to the network.... the reception of your phone ... and the speed of your phone to open the app. It's not perfect, but it does the job of seeing who comes to your door.

I can't say enough good things about the Ring Smart Video Doorbell. Piece of mind from a security standpoint, plus the convenience of being able to talk with Fedex or UPS driver for package deliveries from anywhere! Get it!!

Set up was super easy and the quality for the price can’t be beat. Wish it was a little faster to pick up motion.

Love the option to use on rechargeable battery. 720p resolution is sufficient, especially at this price point. Set-up and install were both super easy, as well as connecting the Ring base to the Chime. A+

Hands down a quality product. Anyone can set this up and the peace of mind it gives me is priceless. My entire family now enjoys the doorbell ringing and using the app to answer. Additionally, I was concerned that a side mount would hinder visability, and I assure you it does not. I can view the entire porch as well as my sidewalk all the way to my street with cars driving by. Its incredible. LOVE The Ring.

Once set up is awesome you can see your front door who is knocking or if anybody is outside, you can also set the sensor to give you warnings on your smartphone while you are away.

If you buy Ring Doorbell make sure it is Ring Doorbell 2. It has high reviews from all over, user friendly, lets you keep your videos and download them when ever. I like the community/neighborhood feature, lets you share your Ring videos with fellow Ring owners instantly. My experience was a bit problematic, my front door is exposed to sun all day, when I installed my doorbell it would heat up during the day and start ringing non stop. Unfortunately had to remove it. Looking in to other Ring devices like security cameras.
