I was trying to avoid painting it as the trim around the door is white. I even called customer service to ensure I would receive it in white, but that did not help. I hope Best Buy can resolve this issue so others do not have the same trouble. I ended up using the black corner kit that came with the doorbell and it works fine.

The notes online stated that it was designed for the 2016 ring pro. I did not know how to make it work so had to return it to the store.

This product, however, does not. It sits "on top" leaving a very small space between the doorbell and wedge. Why produce a product that isn't like it's original part? Luckily, I had a family member who has no use for their corner wedge and was able to use 2 in order to properly angle my doorbell to view towards the street.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently after painting this kit to match my trim, I found out that this kit is designed for the previous doorbell pro with a flat back. Now the "new version" has slots on the back which prevent it from fitting properly. Wish i new this before painting. Even though I purchased both from my bestbuy I highly doubt i will get a refund due to being painted.
