Rio is the perfect movie for watching with the family and we got it at a great price. There's humor, beautiful animation, and toe-tapping music. The only thing better? Pairing it with Rio2 for a Double Feature...don't forget the popcorn.

Rio is absolutely lovable and entertaining. The storyline holds a captive audience and the musical scenes are wonderful. My entire family will Watch Rio and Rio II back to back on a cold or rainy day and we never get tired of them!

This is a great movie for the whole family. the story line is great that teaches children and the music and other features in the movie show the great side of Brazil and also the bad side too. Overall it is a great movie for the whole family.

This is an all around great family movie. It gives is as a family a little time to go on an adventure so the kids understand. It has amazing graphics and the 3D only inhances the experience. I recommend family time include this film.

An adorable story set to fun and upbeat music! After purchasing this movie and watching it a million times we just couldn't get enough of the music and ended up purchasing the soundtrack! "Party in Ipanema, baby!"

"RIO" is a fabulous movie, even better than most Disney animated movies. Wonderful plot and story-line, and very well animated. A must-see film. You won't be disappointed. A keeper. I bought 8 of them for family and friends.

My son is a animal lover and he loves to bird watch, so he of course wanted to so this movie, He talked me into buying and watching this and at the sale price of $4.99 for blu ray at Best Buy I couldn't pass it up. I knew the colors would be so vibrant and I did enjoy the movie very much, so much that I plan on buying him Rio2 on blu ray soon.

Had previously seen the movie, cute movie. Bought it for my 3 yr old for Christmas. He has already watched it 3 times. DVD, Blu ray and digital copy all in one package for an amazing black Friday price.

I love storie about Blue how he ends up with his mate . Music in the move is out of this world. My granddaughter just loves to watch this movie over and over!

The review is about blu ray. Video quality is gorgeous looking AVC encoded 1080p transfer in 2.40:1. Audio quality is also excellent with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. Tons of extras. You won't be disappoint.

This was a truly entertaining film-with some great music. The plot is same old stuff as expected but still done with great entertainment value. A great movie to watch with your kids and grandkids.

This is a cute movie in any format, great for kids and adults alike, but the 3D version is outstanding. It's one of the few 3D movies we've seen (on our home TV) that you actually feel like you can reach out and touch it.

Rio is great for boys or girls, infants to toddlers. The eye catching colors and upbeat music if fun for all kids. Not fond of kids watching a lot of TV, but if you must, this is the one.

This movie is not only a good one to watch with the family but it is a good buy to get in 3D as well ! The animations are vivid and come alive in the 3D disc. This is definately one to add to the movie collection.

I know this is a child's movie but I enjoy watching it with the kids.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. As for being a 3d edition it should have came with a sleeve like Rio 2. However for the price I can't complain. A four disc Blu Ray combo pack for $12? That's a steal. Seeing as how most packs run in the $35 range. Overall good movie for kids, good 3d quality and, awesome price.

This is the start of a series of movies (squeals included) that any child of any age can watch and enjoy. While it does have an all-star cast it brings that characters together in a great story line.

This is a great story. I was worried at first it might get a bit preachy about the endangered Amazon rainforest, but it kept it's focus on the characters so even little ones stayed entertained.

I had seen the movie before and I thought the colors would be great on my new LG 4K HDR TV and New LG 4k blue ray player and I was not disappointed. It looked great.
