Not a great movie

Interesting Plot For That Time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I saw this movie for the first time ever and thought it was a pretty exciting plot for a 90's cop film. The technology the police used was really ancient compared to what the movie's today use, but if you keep in mind the time this movie was made it really is a great mystery! Lot's of crime fighting adventure and some intense small arms exchanges. There's alot of explicit content, language and it shows a girl being strangled to death so I wouldn't reccomend this as a family type movie, but other than that it's a pretty good film and worth buying.
