Posted .Hi there, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. In order to fix static, I recommend tuning your FM radio to a station that has a lot of static already (therefore, one that is not already broadcasting audio). Then, once you tune your Roadtripper to the same station, it should cut out the static completely since it is not competing with any other broadcasts. If you need further assistance with your Roadtripper moving forwards, please reach out to [email protected] and we'd be happy to help! Thanks, Bracketron Support

For best sound, we recommend turning the volume up on your smartphone and then matching the volume on the station. We also recommend finding a station with complete white noise. Please feel free to contact [email protected], one of our representatives would be happy to help you.

TO HARD TO HOOK UP
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Directions are not clear and not a separate sheet explain how to connect it.

Posted .Hi there, i'm sorry you had trouble connecting your device. After plugging in the Roadtripper, hold down the red cell phone symbol until the LED lights start flashing numbers. Then, press the arrow buttons in order to change the FM station you would like to transmit on (choose a station that sounds fuzzy on your radio, and the transmitter will make it clear). Make sure your radio and the transmitter are displaying the same FM station. Search for the Roadtripper device in the bluetooth section of your phone, and once you connect you are set! If you have any further questions, please email us at tech@bracketron.com and we'll be happy to help. Thanks! Bracketron Support

Posted .Hi Jerry, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. If you are hearing some static, the connection can usually be fixed by turning up the volume on your phone. It is made to work for handsfree calls using the green and red answer and hangup buttons. If that does not resolve it, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Please reach out to [email protected], and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Thanks, Bracketron Support

Posted .If there is a lot of static and the signal is weak, the connection can usually be fixed by turning up the volume on your phone. If that does not resolve it, try switching the FM transmitter channel to a quiet bandwidth. There may be a station in your area using the same frequency. If that still does not resolve it, we will happily work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Please reach out to [email protected], and one of our representatives will assist you. If that fails to work for you, we do offer a great warranty and will work to find a solution that meets your needs.
