Great Family movie, Classic disney! Have not seen this one in years and could not resist buying this movie since the price was right. Would recommend this to anyone who loves disney and animation.

I love this movie and it was a must have. Compared to other Blu Ray cartoons this one is much clearer and bright. The colors look good and don't have the blurriness or what looks like a smudge that I've seen in other Blu Ray cartoons. If you're not only a Disney fan, but like this movie this is worth purchasing.

I almost missed getting this: it is wonderful Disney from way back when, with comical characters and lovely songs. The "Allan-a-dale" is a guitar strumming rooster who sings and narrates the Robin Hood legend with the voice talent of Roger Miller. The best song is O de Lally...

One way or another Robin Hood is a tail that's been told numerous times this is Disney's nice little twist on it. you have animals playing the lead roles Robin Hood as a fox maid Marian is a vixen which is a female fox. Little John is a bear friar Tuck as a badger Prince John is a lion. The list goes on and on and on. The graphics are old style Disney when it was drawn by hand but it's still a great movie for kids and adults of all ages.

I had this movie for my daughter on VHS and just repurchased it. I loved it and so did she. I am so glad that I now have it on DVD and also a digital copy. I can't wait for her to watch it with me again. Of course, she's 20 and won't be quite so excited I'm sure but I will be....

Robin Hood is the first Dismey film released after Walt Disney's death. So any issues one might have with the films story can attributed to the fact that they had to learn to make movies without Walt for the first time. Once that is understood the film is marvelous fun and a great introduction to the classic tale of Robin Hood. The Blu-Ray transfer can look very sketchy at times, but so does the animation. Special features also are not as plentiful as other Disney releases either. But overall definitely worth owning if this is one that you want in your collection.

Great movie for everyone and its rarely on TV. I highly recommend for any family to purchase this movie. It looks the best it has ever been mastered and the sound quality is decent enough for presentation. (And for $10, you can't go wrong for value)

There's not much in Disney's catalog that isn't classic. I loved this one as a child and wanted to see it again with my kids. Couldn't resist at this price. Also to note, having the digital option these days makes it a plus. I only buy them with a digital copy now.

Fun, adventure and a little romance! Music is awesome. I shared the digital version with my (thirty something) adult daughter and son-in-law. They were BOTH excited to relive their childhood with this favorite!

I remember watching this movie as a Saturday matinee in the theater. It became and remains one of my all-time favorite movies. It's a very clever re-imagining of the Robin Hood legends and full of catchy songs. Such a great movie for kids of all ages - very HIGHLY recommended!

I mean, c'mon, what's not to like? The classic songs? The animation which appears in multiple Disney classics? Definitely a fun way to introduce kids to the legend of Robin Hood.

Robin Hood is one of those Disney films that came out after Walt died and before the renaissance of animation in the mid to late 80 however it contains so many elements of what makes DIsney films so classic. Great music, great voice actors and amazing animation.

When I watch this film I am struck by the recollections of my childhood, remembering with crystal clarity the emotions I felt watching it for the first time. The real genius of this and similar cinema of the time, is the way they make one forget that he watching animals play the parts of humans.

With the new addition to our family we wanted any excuse to buy more Disney movies plus as a child I watched Robin Hood so with them releasing the anniversary, we wanted to get a great movis and introduce it to the family. Robin Hood is amazing

I loved this movie growing up and my wife and I recently started our Disney Blu Ray collection for us and our 1 year old Daughter and I knew this had to be added. We had all the Vhs tapes growing up, so hopefully we can have all the blu rays eventually too!

I grew up with this in my Disney VHS collection, and to have it now on Blu-ray and to watch it in such great color and on the big screen brings back many great memories. This is a fun family animated film to watch whenever, and is sure to put a smile on the kid's faces.

I like watching the classic movies. I'm still a kid at heart.More people should watch a kids movie just to relax without violence.

Disney's Robin Hood is the first movie I remember seeing in the theater as a child. It's still one of my favorites. This blu ray edition does the movie justice. The picture and sound are outstanding.

I’ve always enjoyed this movie throughout the years. Digitally remastered amazing quality and extra features that let you go behind the scenes so you can understand what goes into the animation .

I bought this on sale. We're trying to save place in our video collection by replacing clamshell BHS with the thinner and higher quality of Blu-ray. I love this music with fun characters, lots of action, a love story and a happily ever after. If you haven't seen it and you're tired of horror movie or blood and guts everywhere, you really should treat self, you and old a like to this fun adventure.
