The best part of this product is the support the company has for it. If you run into any issues they probably have a very detailed, with pictures, on their site on how to fix it. I was having an issue with first level prints and supports and sent them an email about it, and they responded with in the hour to help. The guy even did some test prints on his side so he could give me the settings he used to make better prints.
After messing with the plethora of settings my prints great.
The ability to use the wide range of different filament is great also.

First of all the design of the machine is really neat. It has on board color touch screen with auto leveling calibration. This 3D printer didn't fail us during all our extensive use as long as we sliced and placed our print on the bed properly. Each print has the exact same quality. This amazing machine is 100% reliable. It's even going to pause if you run out of filament so that you can re load some more and then resume the print.
Highly recommended!

This is my second printer from Robo and man have they changed the game. My R1+ is awesome, but it requires the willingness to tinker, work on and troubleshoot at times. When I got my C2, the unboxing set a new precedence for what 3D printing will be. It seems to no longer be for the inquisitive engineers, but now more for the general population. It was super easy to set up with straight forward instructions that had me printing my first test print in 15 minutes. It's quiet, smooth, easy to use and has now relegated my R1+ to the back of the closet. My only minor complaint is a less than responsive touch screen that they say will be fixed with the newest firmware update. I suppose if my only complaint is a so-so touch screen, they hit this one out of the park.
