Don’t Recommend! Stopped working after 30 Days!

Posted .Hi, thanks for your feedback and we are sorry about it. Could you please try to remove the roller brush and dirty tank, and check if there are any foreign objects stuck in them. If found, rinse the relevant parts with running water. If this issue still exsits, could you please contact our support team for further help? To be honest, if this was available at the time I purchased my Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, this would have been a close call. Arrived well packaged and was easy to set up and connect to wi-fi. I thought the water tank was a little small, but I was wrong. That water goes a long way and has a separate cleaning solution tank. It is self-propelled, and you can switch cleaning modes on the handle. When you place it on the base, it cleans the roller, dries it, and reminds you to empty the dirty water tank to prevent odors. I am beyond happy with the efficiency and ease of use. This cleaner is worth every penny.

I have not tried different detergents, the one that is included is very neutral, does not leave a good smell behind... but is a minor issue. I bought one for my daughter to sue in college as well.

The self-drying feature works very well. Only thing i wish is that the water tank cpuld be a bit bigger. But my house isnt huge so its not too big of a deal. Overall i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking into one of these types of machines.
