With two German Shepherds and a cat that sheds nonstop, keeping up with pet hair felt like a full-time job. This machine has been an absolute lifesaver. It tackles fur, dander, and everyday debris like nothing else I've tried. The suction power is impressive, the mopping function actually works, and it navigates around furniture and pet toys without getting stuck. If you have pets and you're on the fence, stop thinking and just get it. I wish I'd found this one sooner.

I read tons of reviews, had AI generate a comparison of several products on the market. Doesn’t perform like I was lead to believe it would.

Incredibly Disappointing

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had many Roborock vacuums over the years (I think this is #7?) and unfortunately this will be my last. While the cleaning performance was acceptable (it's taller than other robots and edge cleaning is lackluster) when it was operating normally, unfortunately the unit stopped recognizing it's dock a month after purchase. I'll look at competitor options for a roller style mop.
