The Quervo 2 Curve Flow is a top-notch robot vacuum. It is a great value for the price. - The roller mop works great once you determine the level you need for your floor. I set mine at 20 and it did the job on routine cleaning as well as heavier cleaning of spots. - The carpet cleaning was very good. After the Quervo 2 did its job, I tested by running my standard vacuum over the same area and it picked up virtually nothing. Some great features to call out: - The roller mop cover worked perfectly a there was zero moisture transferred to carpeting when the mop function turned off - Setup was easy. Once I installed the app on my phone, I mapped the areas to be mopped and/or vacuumed and then let the Quervo 2 do its job. - The roller mop design is superior to pad mopping - Side brushes on both sides makes for more efficient - Ability to clean the roller mop and squeegee is easy - Ability to refill the water storage is simple - Dust/debris bag replacement is also simple A couple of other notes: - The height of the Cuervo 2 may limit the ability to go under some furniture - The dock noise when drying the mop is noticeable but not bad. Depending on the time of day you run the unit it may not matter.

Roborock Qrevo Cruv2 flow is especially designed for hard, vinyl floors and makes your day to household chores job a bit easier my performing vacuum and mopping services at q quite a great precision. First it maps your area, rooms etc. and based on that your can set certain schedules based on which it shall perform its' operation. Must have for homes large than 2500 sq.ft size.

Great Robot! Best Ever! Replaced my iRobot Roomba Combo 10 Max (that was a piece of junk) for this and made a robot of $1000 from just an year ago look like a 50 year product. Would 100% recommend anyone!

1 Star – Expensive Robot That Doesn't Work, and Nobody Will Take Responsibility I purchased the Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow from Best Buy on February 21, 2026, for a significant amount of money. It was delivered on March 2nd and has been a disappointment from day one. The robot simply does not clean. It skips large empty areas of the apartment and returns to the docking station within a minute of starting — I have video and screenshots proving this. The furniture is correctly mapped, the setup is correct, and yet the robot refuses to do the one job it was designed for. When I contacted Roborock, they pointed me straight to Best Buy. When I went to Best Buy, they pointed me back to Roborock. Now I am stuck going back and forth between the two, being asked for more information — screenshots, serial numbers, receipts — with no resolution in sight. Neither company is willing to simply acknowledge that this is a faulty product and replace it. I bought this machine specifically to keep my home clean for my newborn baby. Instead, I am spending my time chasing two companies who are too busy pointing fingers at each other to actually help a customer. Best Buy sells the product and Roborock manufactures it — but when something goes wrong, neither is willing to step up. If you are considering this product, think twice about what kind of after-sales support you can realistically expect.

I’ve owned four different Roborock models and had to return them for various reasons. The spinning dual mops in the original CurvX didn’t meet our expectations. They left behind circle-like streaks and spread oil or other dirty liquids. This roller mop on this qrevo curv 2, however, is the only one that effectively collects and cleans oily and dirty floors. It’s incredibly impressive and efficient. I’m not sure about the long-term durability of a product like this, considering its numerous components and parts. It’s similar to a computer rolling around your house, and the AI features, cameras, and other technology are superior to the competition. Nevertheless, I hope the technology can withstand and last more than a year, as we use this machine multiple times a day.

I upgraded to the Curv 2 Flow from an S7 MaxV Ultra. Overall I think the improvements are worth it for my situation. The rolling mop feels like it cleans my tile floors better; my tiles are the long, wood-look type and aren't consistently flat across the length and this style of mop seems to work better than the sonic scrubber in the S7. Vacuum power seems about the same as the S7 from real-world usage, but the no-tangle brush is a nice quality of life upgrade for those with long hair or pets. I like that the water tanks are more translucent so I can easily tell if I need to refill when I check the dock. The object avoidance and mapping seem to also be slightly improved from the S7 as well. I would definitely recommend this as a great solution for day-to-day maintenance cleaning for hard floors.

I was very skeptical with the functionality of the mop and vacuuming of this robot. I love the fact I’m a total tech member. Because any reason this gave me to return I would have. I roughly have 1000 sq feet I need to keep vacuumed and mopped in an open concept area daily. I have 3 dog and two long hair cats, my floors are not only clean you don’t even see hair anywhere. Maybe except for the nooks that the robot can not reach. If I had to pick a con and this is reaching, the app could be more user friendly and maybe the collection and water tank can be bigger. If you keep clean the dirty water tank and the collection tray every few weeks this will be and amazing addition to any house hold.

The roller style mopping is a massive improvement over the spinning mopping discs. Coming from a eufy s1 Pro and a few ecovacs, I can have say that this robot vac is easily at 8 out of 10. Vacuuming can be better and edge/corner cleaning can be better but what it does clean, it cleans really well. Especially mopping on tile and hardwood floors. Roborocks app is also still really solid. My only major complaint, like others on here, is the height because of the lidar on top. But when this drops to an amazing sale price, I think it's well worth it.

We went with this as our first Robot Vacuum, and the roller mop works very well on our ceramic tile floor. They are long plank and textured, so it just works well. The app is good, and most say its one of the best out of all the Robot Vacuums. Overall its impressive and helps keep the house tidy and clean (since you want to have the floors clear for it to work well, you start to keep the house cleaner). Not having to vacuum or mop anymore is nice, and telling it to clean up after a broken glass bowl, or spilt coffee, it has worked very well. The Voice commands haven't felt very intuitive, and it struggled a couple times to understand the command, but we're more comfortable just using the app to tell it what to do instead.

I have had many Roborock vacuums over the years (I think this is #7?) and unfortunately this will be my last. While the cleaning performance was acceptable (it's taller than other robots and edge cleaning is lackluster) when it was operating normally, unfortunately the unit stopped recognizing it's dock a month after purchase. I'll look at competitor options for a roller style mop.

Amazing vacuum, the app it’s great and it goes a really good job navigating and cleaning

To be honest thing robot is new an in almost beta area. The first one i purchased brand new and used it once and the battery wouldnt hold a charge. Im on the second one and have some worries that this one may do the same thing as i noticed yesterday as i opened it and put it on the charger. It took a while for it to have a good amount of charge. It was also washing the mop for a good while and drying the pad. I live in a new house so that worried me a little.

I heard this would be great for my lvp floors. I was very excited. I was telling it map and it couldn’t go under the foot bars on my barstools so I had to return. I didn’t think. Ended up with a saros.

This robot gets 5 stars for being hyper efficient at its tasks. Definately cleans faster than the irobot combo 10 max. It doesn’t cut it as close as the max 10, but where it lacks it makes up with time and less fur in places versus the max 10 which seemed to sweep fur to the edges of carpets. If you have never had a mop/ vacuum robot or a current Irobot owner; then your next "Upgrade" ought to ve the max 10. The best value here is that it's about $500 less than the max 10.

Does not clean corners, too tall to go under any furniture, and doesn’t clean well in general. I read tons of reviews, had AI generate a comparison of several products on the market. Doesn’t perform like I was lead to believe it would.

I've bought dozens of vacuum cleaners over the years and currently have three other robot vacuums in my home — so I don't say this lightly: the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow is hands-down my favorite. With two German Shepherds and a cat that sheds nonstop, keeping up with pet hair felt like a full-time job. This machine has been an absolute lifesaver. It tackles fur, dander, and everyday debris like nothing else I've tried. The suction power is impressive, the mopping function actually works, and it navigates around furniture and pet toys without getting stuck. If you have pets and you're on the fence, stop thinking and just get it. I wish I'd found this one sooner.

Great household robot! Works very well cleans the floors. I’m about to purchase the second one for my parents right now.
