Customer Ratings & Reviews

Only had it for a couple weeks but so far it’s great!! My floors have never looked so good for so little effort! We use 2 dogs, one is a golden retriever and it keeps up with their hair fantastic!

Super good product. Cleans, vacuums, mops perfect. Cleans itself and can be controlled with the app. Highly recommend.

The Roborock Qrevo series is a well-rounded robot vacuum + mop lineup that competes with higher-end models but often at a friendlier price point. It’s strong on automated cleaning, advanced navigation, and convenience — especially for busy homes or pet owners.

Since I got that I forgot about cleaning the whole apartment. I highly recommend that…

I love this machine it is amazing and it cleans so well. I also love how quiet it is

Ordered this for the wifey and she is absolutely in love with it! Does everything she wants, and then some. She also enjoys the manual feature where you can drive it around with your phone while looking through its front camera. It even has a "Find your pet" feature which is Awesome... 10 out of 10!!

I've had a Roomba for several years and replaced it with this Roborock. There is absolutely no comparison. Roborock is the definite leader in this space and I cannot be happier with my new robot vacuum/mop. It does a fantastic job and runs every day to keep up with my kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. My floors look and feel amazingly clean! Thank you Roborock!

Never had one of these robot vacuums before, but I am glad I got one. I figured it wouldn't work great but I was wrong, this thing cleans every floor in my house. It basically set itself up with the App.

A long time irobot customer looking for a better machine to clean my floors. This vacuum is wonderful! With the obstacle avoidance, spinning mop pads, the reaching brush and the self cleaning features what else can you want or need? Ever since i purchased this machibe it has performed as expected. My floors are cleaner than ever so i bought another one for my second floor. :)

Excellent product! It works great. I owned a Neato D10 for the last 3-4 years, which died, and I got a Roborock Qrevo Curv as a replacement. It worked much better than the D10. Firstly, I was very hesitant about getting this one as it is a very pricey product, and I am unsure of its product, but after using it for a while now, every penny spent is worth it. I highly recommend this product if your budget permits.

This would easily be 5 stars if the mop Velcro held onto the pad better it has recently been falling off. we absolutely love this it goes up and over our large thresholds with ease which is why we went with this one specifically. it very rarely gets stuck on anything and is super easy to maintain!

I love this vacuum cleaner; it sweeps and mops at the same time. I have two dogs, and this is the best cleaning investment I've ever made

We have three dogs. One being a husky who sheds every second of the day. This vacuum picks up all the hair with no problems! The mol feature is perfect. I have two rugs and the mop pad lifts when its on them.

The robot works fine without any problems. Five stars with its vacuum and mopping. I have not regretted buying!!!!

I have tried other brands which work ok in the beginning period after a few months later, navigation does not work property, get stuck, it doesn't go back to charging doc. I would always find the others in random places in the morning. I am going to say this is the best robot. So far i highly recommend it 2 others.

This unit differs from the CurvX that has a retractable lidar dome so it can get under more furniture but for the price, this unit gets under almost everything just as well. The mop and clean features are excellent and its ability to get over transitions is incredible and ranks very high. If you have hardwood and area rugs, this series Roborock is the only way to go. Spend time watching tutorials on how to set it up foe best results. Do not wing it. You may need to remap but it is worth it.

This is an amazing addition and helps maintain clean floors during busy life! Unit works amazingly well.

The perfect housekeeper! I work a very demanding job which leaves me feeling exhausted by the end of the day. Having this useful vacuum/mop makes my home chores much easier to maintain. Especially when I have bad allergies due to built up dust. It runs daily, minimizing allergens.

I'm still trying the different settings, so far it does a good vacuum and a medium mop. I see a version for a deep mop that I'll try. I like that it is very good at mapping and avoiding obstacles, and self-washing and emptying.

I have had several. This one is just ridiculous. It’s going to goodwill soon. I am not dealing with it anymore. Constantly getting stuck. Drops piles of pet hair all over the place and it’s wet. The mop pads fall off. I could go on for days. But going to end it on a sour note. It’s a complete , utter piece of junk . Do not buy
