It is costly than any other robot vacuum, but it is worth the investment. Mopping is very strong compared to other brands.

An amazing addition to our home! First off, the thing looks classy and fits right in our living area. The setup was a breeze, and there have been no issues so far. The app is intuitive and makes it so easy to manage schedules/routines. The hair de-tangling system was a major highlight for me before buying, and I can confirm that it works super well.

I’ve had Roborock models before with much better success. This machine has not once completed a clean without getting stuck (0/5 attempts). Mapping was fast but the obstacle avoidance is seriously lacking. Now I have an error 5 that can’t be cleared so either it malfunctioned or the bearings seized up. Complete disappointment especially at the price point.

From day 1 it would sometimes have to retry docking a few times before it would work. Then after just a week it would fail to dock at all but would work if placed on the dock manually. Now it refuses to recognize the dock at all and will not charge, empty, or wash. I bought this to replace my Roborock S8 Pro Ultra that also had it's dock fail in the same way (just outside warranty of course) and this one of6 having the same issue almost immediately. A quick Google search shows there's a capacitor in the charging dock that fails and causes this issue, going back multiple generations to the S4/S5. You'd think years later they'd have fixed this issue but nope. Completely unacceptable for how much these stupid things cost. Such a shame because otherwise this robot is AMAZING.

This is a smart and very functional self-cleaning machine. It could scan and position in the whole room properly and then start its work.

Excellent top end robot vacuum with both wet and dry capabilities

Held off upgrading from our Roborock S6 for quite some time waiting for this to launch. We have a household with a 9yr old, and 2 large dogs. Having a powerhouse floor cleaning solution is a must for a very busy household with not a lot of time. We have had this model for 5 months now, and overall it’s been really disappointing. First, the mapping is mediocre. It somehow ends up mapping away from certain edges that the S6 used to get to, leaving random spots missed. Second, the mopping is terrible, and that’s being kind. Even with the heaviest water useage, most frequent mop washing, and deepest settings…it just ends up pushing dirt around, and creating a consistent brown streak around the perimeter of our kitchen. If I could give it negative points here I would. The vacuum is not strong enough even when maxed to thoroughly clean our low pile rug, which was really disappointing as well considering how strong 18,500 PA suction should be. We have to go over our living room rug with our stick vac. The dust bin system is also flawed, forcing the bag to be kinked and not really ever filling to its maximum capacity before needing to be pulled and changed. I think the only thing I like about it is the dual rollers, which actually work very well for their intended purpose: no tangles. Outside of that….this thing sucks for the price and hype behind it. I can recommend it to anyone.

It's a great vacuum when you turn it on and its program to start cleaning without an app. For some reason, it doesn't like connecting to WiFi⁶. It kept saying WiFi password was wrong every time, and i tried and tried to connect. I also did many factory resets. And still didn't want to connect.

It has AI and expected much more better reliability

Do not buy if you have pets. The device is incapable of self-emptying pet hair. There is no clog in the tubing. The problem appears to be the very small port between the internal dust canister and the docking station OR the vacuum in the docking station is not strong enough to pull the hair through the small opening. I have the unit vacuuming daily and returning to empty after each room. I’m forced to manually empty the container each day.

Cleans every room including bathrooms flawlessly. I have it vacuuming 4 days a week and vac/mop the other 3 days. 2300 sf of hardwood floors with 4 dogs. I’ve had it for a month and so far I would highly recommend it. We have only small area rugs on our wood floors and I’ve had no problems with them either.
