It never gets stuck, i can run it, and track its progress on the app from a different location!

Got this as just josh reviews suggest these mops are better than spinning mops that may splash drops of water on walls/ furniture. Value for money at 2025 prices. BB reseller Roborock's service was helpful to honor holiday pricing fluctuations.

Then we kept getting an "error 1 Lidar Tower is stuck, please move the device" and we tried everything and could not get it to work again. To return this item, you have to do some in 15 days AND have the original shipping material because it isn't sold by Best Buy, but a third party.
