I just brought for few days, and now the mop stuck inside stations.I tried to hand relase the mop, not working at all. I need to exchange it, waiting for another 5 days to get new machine.

The Saros 10 is packed with all the latest features, and all the features work as advertised. I am coming from a MaxV S8 Ultra, and the Saros 10 is a definite upgrade with improvements to existing features. The 22k Pa suction power can handle any mess in its way. I would recommend this unit for people with large floor plans, as it would be overkill for smaller ones. The price is high, but compared to the competition out there, what you get makes the cost-to-value ratio well worth it. If you can pick this unit up on sale, then it is a no-brainer to purchase. In my opinion, the app is the easiest to use and most intuitive for all kinds of options compared to any other competitor platforms.

Up until now I’ve been a Roomba gal, but this vacuum has changed my mind. I bought this because of its high rating with long hair and it’s delivered. I’ve been using it every other day for almost 2 months on the 2nd floor where most of my hair falls out and not one hair wrapping issue! I do think Roomba cleans just a bit better, but to be able to have it run without raking up long hair first is amazing. I don’t use the mop feature but when my current Roomba dies I’ll replace it with another one of these for my first floor. Also high marks for recognizing stairs without having to identify them on a map first. Giving it 4 stars since I think it could clean a tad bit better and during initial setup it couldn’t find the base even though it was right in front of it, but otherwise I’m loving this and would highly recommend, especially for homes with lots of hair.

Overall, the Roborock product was good, but only when it was working perfectly. Unfortunately, my experience with Roborock's customer service was extremely disappointing when an issue arose. If you encounter a problem, be prepared to ship the entire unit back to them, so make sure you keep the original box. The process was slow, and waiting for their replies was a truly frustrating experience. Thankfully, my Best Buy Total Membership came to the rescue! Their team provided exceptional support and helped me quickly resolve the problem. I highly recommend the Best Buy Total Membership – it was absolutely worth it and turned a terrible situation around for me.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. It is simple to use and works well with just voice commands, makes it easier for my wife. Easy set up and mapping of the areas to be cleaned.

This robot is amazing. I used it to replace my other mop and vacuum robots and it is so much better than both of them. Its also easier to maintain. I just refill it once a week, and clean it once a month, which only takes a few minutes. It maps fast and cleans really well. The solution also goes a long way so you dont have to constantly by more solution. One bottle of the concentrate has lasted for months and I still have plenty left. I never have to mop again!!

Just better in every way, nice metalic finish, the clean and dirty water tanks are covered, much better suction and the duo brush that prevents it from getting tangled. Love it so far

This is the BEST money investment for the household. We used to argue whose turn it is to clean - no more. This vacuum is something out of this world. Super efficient, I have 3 kids and a cat - I do not have a single food crumble on my floors. Its navigation system is great, and it is also very powerful to use even in the basement on the carpet flooring.

Definitely a solid buy, a quick upgrade from the S8 and the clean look. It definitely holds good amount of liquid and the app is definitely more detailed. Solid purchase.

So far, I’m loving it. I’m 76. If I can figure out the app, anybody can, great help with my housework. A little pricey, but so far I think it’s worth it very good quality
