I have found it to work perfectly. The microphone sounds clean and the audio it provides is worth the price (In my opinion of course). The amount of customization that the software gives you can be a bit overwhelming at first, but after a while you will get used to it. The only thing I dislike about the headset is that the only way to turn of the lights it by the button, and if it stops working then you will always have it running in the background of your computer.

IMO this headset sounds better than my Astro A40. The passive noise canceling works well. Comfort and build is really nice. Now on to the quirk - this headset does Hi Res audio with 24 bit. For someone that appreciates high end audio, we know that the headset needs to be set to 2 channel. There is no indication that you have switched from 7.1 to 2.0 which can be somewhat annoying. Also it would be nice to have 2.0 selection have its own EQ settings and have the 7.1 have its own. It is possible to save your EQ settings for both, but it requires you to open Roccat’s Swarm app every time. Overall I am impressed with the value of this headset.

Initially worked great, and was pretty comfortable, except for the fact the band is a little small, even when fully expanded. So if you have larger than average head, it might not work. I used the head set for the first month with no issues. Sound was clear and rich, mic worked well (almost too well, it picked up everything) and just seemed like an overall quality headset for the price (got it on sale). After the first month of use I started to have problems with the volume controls: volume could not be adjusted on my PC unless I went into the master volume mixer, so key board shortcuts and start bar options didn't work. The problem persisted after switching usb ports and some other trouble shooting. I then downloaded ROCCAT's "Swarm" software for the headphones (apparently the only way to get/update the drivers). After installing and updating the volume volume adjustment issue was fixed, which was great... except now the headphones frequently have audio pops and static, no matter the source (gaming, YouTube, streaming, music, etc) and their seems to be a hum or something because having them on for more than 15-20 minutes gives me a headache.

It's great sound quality! For anything from gaming, voice calls, or even music. Very good sound quality and the voice quality is very clear.

They are really some nice headphones and enjoy the light as well
