great gaming mouse

He still likes it and keeps it as his backup. I bought this mouse for my 11year old daughter who also wanted a nice optic gaming mouse for her birthday. Hopefully she will enjoy it as much as my oldest did. No real complaints from them with its use and its functions.

The software and driver are terrible. The module and settings vanish eventually and the only way to restore them is to uninstall the mouse and driver and then reinstall. It's happened several times and it's really not worth the time investment to keep it working and setting up the profiles and button configuration constantly. The software is a huge disappointment.

The RGB lighting is not distracting and gives a cool effect with the mouse clicks. The mouse also comes with a nice braided USB C cord that allows you to use it with the cable as well as for recharging it. Bluetooth or the USB dongle can also be used.

Just be wary as the mouse wheel has a known issue that was fixed in later revisions of the model, but you may not be guaranteed to receive one that has this fix applied.
