Not a clear sound, crackles when no one is talking and sometimes cuts out completely. I have to jiggle the wire to get sound

These are great headsets for all my consoles I have!

They worked amazing the first two weeks but suddenly the second attachment stopped working. The headphones still work and sound amazing but I can no longer use the mic. With is said cause how can a gamer chat with others with no mic.

Hate these things, and they smell weird on my feet

Wireless so my Grandson can game without limitations.

These worked great until the mic completely stopped working just 4 days after I could have returned it at the store. Tried plugging in and out and in again with all connections, restarting, etc, and nothing. My son is really disappointed. We're not well off and this was his only birthday present from us this year.

First I lost sound in my left side and could make it work by jiggling the wires but then suddenly I lost sound to the entire headset.

I bought it 2 days prior to this review due to its low price in-store. I know that with technology with headsets that you VERY much get what you paid for, but this isn't a bad quality headset (so far). I have only two gripes: 1. When you use the mute function in the microphone, the sound gets choppy and tends to pop. I am grateful that it doesn't make me cringe, or else I would have lost my mind when I discovered it. 2. The length that the band (unsure of the official name... The part that goes over your head) is way too short. Maybe 2 inches on each side. If you have too much volume in your hair, you might get a headache from the squeeze. Thank goodness that I can easily push my afro back, but too many braids, dreads, ponytails, etcetera, may give you a bit of issue to deal with. This is also assuming that your head is 22in around like mine. If you have a 23-24in skull, it may be even worse for you. But, the sound quality is good for its price and the microphone comes out clear (on discord. If you use other applications such as RaidCall, TeamSpeak, or Skype, the sound quality will most likely sound very different. You also need a MUCH better microphone if you plan on using desktop versions of VR games such as VRChat. If you plan on playing those types of games, I suggest something a little high quality.). It has a far range, but you won't be hearing your family/roommate raging at a video game in the next room over. Or, anything that they may do on the other side of that wall. All-in-all. Average. It's okay. It's not bad. It's not great either. This headset may just last a couple of years, too.
