I just got this and love it so far. I use a R.A.T. 7 mouse which I also got at best buy. That I have put skates on. Its very clean and smooth....the mouse also loves it. The RAT mouse has a very sensitive laser that this mat works well with

This is strictly my opinion, as every surface with any mouse can differ depending on what you like and what you have. I really like this mouse because its smooth, and not a lot of force is necessary to move the mouse. Its perfect for pretty much any mouse including the Steelseries Sensei and Razer Ouroboros.
