They're a good headset does require some tweaking when it comes to volume control (aka loudness) but over all the comfort and Quality is quite nice compared to my old headset.

they sound amazing and the fit is very comfortable and they are very light weight! no latency with RF connectivity, you can remove the mic if you don't use it so it's even lighter.
I do wish the earcups were a tad bit bigger since I have big ears lol but other than that its a home run for me.

I'm probably not the best person to review this item. I am using it for work from home customer service calls. It met my requirements for wireless headphones for a work pc that will not accept Bluetooth devices and will not allow installation of any software. Doesn't fit my head that well but okay for sitting at my desk. Sound quality is good.

Feels comfortable over my ears. Love that it charges with USB-C. The mute when moving the microphone up is a great feature. Battery is solid and the sound is pretty decent. Have used it for Webex, watching TV, gaming, and Spotify and it's been solid across the board imo. Very happy with this purchase.

Awesome headset for the price. If you just go and test these without updating the drivers and tweaking the settings, you're going to be disappointed. I was. After I did all that, these sounded amazing. deep bass, clear vocals. I recommend these.

This is a really good sounding headset with lots of options for customization in the software, and a noise gate. My friends tell me they can't pick up any background noise whatsoever when we're playing. It's surprisingly comfortable and fits over my average sized well. The RGB is a bit dull and lacking and ultimately pointless since you can't even see it while wearing them.

The lights are pretty nice and the sound is great. The only issue with them is every once in a while the sound drops. It is annoying when it happens and all you have to do is update the headphones. It is a minor annoyance for high quality 3-D audio. Works really well with the PS5.

I love these headphones and for the price point my gripes are minor, the only thing that comes to mind is that they're a bit loose and the adjustments on size that can be made are very minor but overall great entry headphones and battery life is great

Bought the headphone for my 7 year old son for his birthday, and he loves it. Great for daily use for homework and gaming alike. Not sure if it's noise canceling, but the sound can be heard externally from the headphones. Maybe it's just my son maximizing the volume. Also, the detachable microphone component seems a bit flimsy, or maybe it's meant to be malleable. As for the quality of the microphone, I would not be able to comment as I have not used it. Overall, for the price I had purchased it, I feel it was a smart purchase.

I aven't had any of the reported dropouts that I've seen in reviews. Nice light weight comfortable headset. The only thing I don't like is the software. I wish it used Roccat Swarm instead of this new neon software.

I hate this thing. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
Everyone in other reviews mentions the software - I don't really care if the sound is very specifically one way or the other, but I need the headset to actually stay connected and maintain my settings when the headset is in use.
It's constantly disconnecting - sometimes at random, sometimes when you switch programs (like launch a game), and *every time* you push the limit of its range. Some days I can reach my fridge, other days it just disconnects at my office door 3 feet from the antenna dongle.
It takes a good 5-10 minutes to get it to connect back to the computer, and usually that means turning it off, unplugging the antenna dongle, plugging it back in, then turning it back on, and reselecting it on your computer.
As if that's not bad enough, every. single. time. it reconnects, it resets the settings in the audio control app, Neon. Which means mic monitoring turns on, even though it's switched off in the app. So you have to launch the app, turn mic monitoring on, then turn it off again. I also have to readjust my game settings - which appear the same, but I don't hear it correctly.
It's almost circular, so it presses into the soft spots under my ears which is wildly uncomfortable, and the power button is *exactly* where I habitually grab it to adjust it, so I'm constantly turning it off by accident (it's a short press to turn off, not a long press), and then have to turn it back on and reset ALL THE FREAKING SETTINGS AGAIN
needless to say I'm returning it

Battery life is great last about 5-8 hours worth of gaming and they are super comfortable on the mesh pad on the ears, and loved the price on them and would buy another one of this products.
