I have had a headset from them previously. I’ve liked the should quality and that you don’t have to use something to make the should quality better out of box. The quality seems a lot better than the previous headset. I just don’t like the fact of the turtle beach feature. I don’t know if there’s more I need to do to make it sound better but the original audio input works better to me.

Good sound. Lightweight. Only taking one start off cause they ear ups are not the most comfortable as their are made from some scratchy sports like material but they don’t make your ears sweat, so that’s a plus

Sadly, we said goodbye to the in-stock Roccat gear the day I bought this. Turtle Beach clearly likes palm trees more than kitties, so they dropped their German division and rebranded it all to their main line. Snagging this and a Skeltr keyboard from Amazon, as well as a Kone AIMO mouse, it is my ONLY mono-brand peripheral set. If they still had these in stock, I would definitely recommend them, so if any Best Buy stores ever get some renewed stock I hope my review has some weight there.

Came with usp bluetooth, the connection is amazing. Long lasting battery. Only con is I have a small head so even at its tightest it slopped a little low for my ears.

My friend is still using this after about a year, sounds just as great as when it was first opened. Great sound and mic quality. He forgets he even has it on because of how comfortable it is.

one of the underated headseat in the market. for me this headset has a immersive quality sound. crisp and clear, bass is boomy. overall sound quality is 9/10.

The performance is disappointing. Despite what the reviews say, you may be able to use it with the PS4, but the volume is limited and, in my opinion, it ruins the game play experience. For computer use, I compared it to 2 other headphones (one was Steel Series and the other was a Razer) and found it to be midgrade. The sound radius was closer, but the quality was tinny and lacked that depth in bass. The device range was pretty decent as well (worse than the Steel Series, but better than Razer). Don't buy it for the RGB unless you are planning on streaming. It may look cool, but it's a passing fancy,

I bought these because I was looking for a wireless headset to use for calls at work, and to listen to music. The sound quality is pretty good, but the main draw back is that it doesn't do Bluetooth connection as well. It connects via dongle plugged into the computer. But once you turn the headset off, and it isn't turned back on for a couple of minutes, it completely loses connection to the dongle. It takes a good while for it to pair back up, which caused me to miss quite a bit of calls. I ended up returning these after a few days of use and got a different brand.

Great for gaming . Very clear hearing , also very comfortable. Noise cancellation is great.

great sound and comfortable very easy to set up and get started at first it takes awhile to get to full charge but with the cord to power it up you can start right away.

I bought these for my son. The sound quality is. Middle of the road. This has been a good strong headset that has. Met all of his needs.

Roccat is one i had never heard of, so I wanted to give it a try. It seemed to be a good headset for a starter group at first because the constant echo. Then I found the Dial. The first dial is for the Sound and the Second Dial.... Thats for the mic, you knos... So you can hear yourself. Other than that the system is solid.

They work amazing they last 2-3 days no charge. The wear muffs are soft very and comfortable

Roccat peripherals for PC have always been a happy buy for me and the Syn Pro Air doesn't disappoint. Only drawback is it has a somewhat short range as a wireless headset but the quality and functionality of both the headphones and mic are top notch.

Very best game set I ever had. Best Quality hands down. Very relaxing and comfortable for the head.

Sound is phenomenal!!! My son absolutely loves them!!! Battery lasts forever and a day before needing a charge and it cancels out background noise sooooo wonderfully!! 10 out of 10 for sure

So when I found out that Roccat was making headsets i was honestly pretty skeptic. i know they are a company branched from turtle beach catering to the PC players that are a fan of turtle beach. this headset was honestly pretty decent. roccat swarm is the program that lets you adjust the RGB on the ear pieces and it is super user friendly. after a couple months though the usb dongle started to go out on me. it would register on my PC and at first i got scared it was my pc but i tried it on my wifes pc and my laptop and the same thing was still happening. aside from the usb dongle everything was really good i would recommend this but just be wary of the dongle. be sure to get the warranty offered!
