Other than that, it feels like cheap plastic and not as comfortable as competitors. The mic is very solid for console players, ppl could hear me clearly. The sound quality is also deep and full.

Roccatt is has been around before but now is making quality gear at an affordable price

No battery life

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i could not get 25hrs of battery life on this thing at all. i used the app, turned of lighting but it only works for, at most, 2 full gaming sessions (11hrs total). with a similar price to razer's 40hr wireless headset, i'd say this headset offers no competitive value. audio is full, detailed enough with a standard mic quality. audio = 7/10 mic quality = 6.5/10 build quality = 8/10 battery life = 3/10 overall 4/10 bad battery was a dealbreaker

The headset should last for 16 hours with RGB turned on and for 24 hours with RGB turned off. This not being the case for your device indicates there may be something wrong. We generally recommend a full reset including a firmware recover of the headset within ROCCAT Swarm, however, if you are unsure how to perform these steps or if they don't solve the problem, we also have a dedicated support team that would be eager to provide the assistance you need. Decent cheap headset

Comfortable enough, but the drop down mic was very loose and would only stay in one position. I personally found the mic to be very annoying so I returned for another headset.
