    The latest Buckcherry disc!

For those of you familar with the hard rock band, Buckcherry, this is their latest disc of new material. One thing you can always count on from the boys from Anaheim, California, is that they ROCK! This album certainly doesn't do anything to detract from that reputation, but it doesn't do a whole lot to add to it either. A solid rock record, with highlights including the songs, "Bring It On Back," "Tight Pants," "The Feeling Never Dies," and "Wood."

This CD is a solid effort from one of hard rock's best bands. There is nothing groundbreaking here, but if you love Buckcherry, you can't go wrong with this record. I have been playing it in the car on regular rotation for a while now and still not tired of it. Bonus tracks are always a good thing too!

Buckcherry's new release is littering with a whole lotta the same formula as previous albums...and that is a welcome thing! Too often bands try to stray too far from what brought them to this point and fail miserably. Not Buckcherry, they are smart enough to continue to get into the recording studio and kick out jams for the fans. Let's hope they continue down this path.

Buckcherry Delivers a Classic Hard Rock Sound

Those that say "Classic hard rock is dead," this review is for you. Buckcherry has recreated the hard rock sound of the 70s-80s in 2015. Todd's performance maintains its consistent power and demonstrated range of lyrical euphemisms and double entendres. The album also sees Buckcherry beginning to incorporate a larger diversity of musical accompaniments beyond the five-man rock band, such as the horn sections on "Tight Pants" or the stripped-down return to classic blues on "Rain's Falling." A darker theme appears to carry over from the previous album (see "The Madness"). I would characterize this as their second best production, behind 15.

I have all their cd's and this one is pretty good, I especially like the first 2 songs "bring it all back" and "tight pants" lyricist and lead singer Josh Todd is Awesome, good cd, good band, It's typical Buckcherry if you liked their other cd's you'll like this.

I'm definitely digging this album more than the last one. Not the EP, I liked that, the last full length. Nothing really grabbed me on there. This one is more consistent with the EP and a fun album.

I am an original Buckcherry fan and have all there CDs. There last major album, Glutony, really disappointed me considering the others were all so good. This album is their reimbursement. It says sorry for the last piece of crud and enjoy this! I love every song on this album and highly recommend it to anyone that even remotely likes rock n roll.

Buckcherry is back! I have loved these boys since the beginning. They've had some strong cds and some weak ones. I feel like this is one of the better ones. It has a total old school RocknRoll feel to it which I love! Upon my first listen, the only song I skipped was "wood". I was happy to see a Sammy Hagar cover on here too.

Another good rock n roll album by Buckcherry. They're not what they were from their first two albums but they still know how to rock n roll!

Overall I like the new CD. It isn't quite as hard rocking as some of their releases but overall the tracks are satisfying. Some might say several of the tracks reveal the softer side of Buckcherry. "The Madness" and the Rick Springfield cover of "I've Done Everything For You" are definite standout tracks.

This album sounds a bit different from older Buckcherry. I do like it, but think some longtime fans will be disappointed.

I enjoyed parts of this album. The lead single, "Bring It On Back," is a good song. Some of the others sound as if they hired a 14 year old boy to write the lyrics (Tight Pants, Wood). Of course, some of their earlier stuff sounded like that, too, though. Most of the songs here are catchy enough to not skip but not catchy enough to remember for any length of time.
