This chair has some pros and cons. First I will mention that the power and strength of the chair is pretty good. The chair is also comfortable and very easy to use and navigate. What I do not like is the foot and leg rollers you can barely feel. Honestly more annoying how light it is than having anything at all, there is no power and as mentioned it kind of feels annoying after the light prickles of the rollers are on you for a few minutes. I also have troubles moving the rollers up on some of the massage styles. Finally the heat function does not work. You can lightly feel something at times but it is not too noticeable.

This product itself is excellent and meets all of my expectations. However, the Best buy customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. This item was delivered to the wrong address and it took me not only TEN phone calls but also a trip to the local warehouse where the chair was in order to get it delivered to the right address. I am VERY disappointed in the Best Buy customer service and their "computer programs" not being able to "talk to each other".

The chair is decent. I would not pay what the price is without any discounts though. I like the strength and the different types of massages. I also like how comfortable the chair is. What I do not like is the leg and foot rollers are barely existent. You can barely feel anything is there. The airbags also don’t seem to be in sync with one another as one side will deploy while the other is deflated. The back message gives this chair some stars as it is a good message. I also like the duration options on the chair as you can set massages for 30 minutes or lower the increments. I will continue using and see if maybe there is a setting change that can assist with being able to feel any the info from the leg and foot massagers.

My new favorite place to sit in the house, for the money I don’t think I could’ve done better. Friend recommended this and I couldn’t be more happy

The word that comes into my mind at this present moment is WOW!! what a wonderful chair with all the extraordinary options. I done a month research on massage approximately 34 chairs were forensically reviewed. to my shocking findings, rocker tech was the chair that i was seeking. I just received it and reviewed all the options. I tried the chair for six hours and it was like been in cloud nine. expensive chair but if you are looking for long term usage this is the chair, excellent warranty, suggestion, purchase the chair through best buy....best service ever....i spoke to a friend that was also searching for a chair and he visited my home and tried my chair and he was impressed. he went to best buy and placed an order......i highly recommend this product.....you will be happy
