Rick Springfield is just ongoing talent. When you're a fan of a performer's work from the past, you never know if you'll appreciate something brand new. Well, RS doesn't disappoint - I am in love with this CD and i've heard 5 songs so far! I keep playing them over and over because I absolutely LOVE them. Highly recommend to fans and anyone considering. If you saw him sing one of the songs on TV recently and liked it - check out the cd. And the Best Buy version has 2 bonus songs (haven't heard them yet!). Well written lyrics that let you think, but not have to analyze and a great variety of musical notes and instruments. Maybe it really IS Rocket Science after all!

This is my Favorite Rick Springfield CD To Date it has Light This Party Up Which I Think Should be Played at Parties and Sporting Events Followed By Down Nice Contrast !!! Every Song on this CD is Number One Material and I Hope these Songs Get Played on the Radio this is a Talented Man!!! Love XOXO

I'm not sure what Rick is doing here. Songs are solid but the country flavor of this album is not what I like about him.

This cd was just ok. I liked his 80's music much better.
