On sale, good price for an 8K HDMI cable. Wish it was 5 or 6 ft. instead of 4 ft.

No noticeable difference to me between this cable and a standard hdmi

Worked well for 4k 120hz signal. Can't vouch for 2.1 or 8k support.

Helped to fix connectivity issues with my home theater system.

The cable worked great until it didn't after seven months of use. I used this cable for an RTX 4090 PC / LG C3 setup, and my monitor began to exhibit flickering in low frame rates or while using Wallpaper Engine. The GPU was not the problem, as no artifacts appeared in-game or under load. Switching the cable out fixed the issue. Do not buy. Choose a different brand.

Was told I needed it in order to enhance the 4K. Dont see any difference

THIS… Is Rocketfish’s (a BestBuy brand) 15’ 8k 48gbps HDMI cable and YES it is EXPENSIVE and yes it is probably…too expensive… however! What this cable does, it does exceptionally well. It supports 4k @ 120hz and 8k at 60hz… you only get this on certified 2.1 cables which means all your PC’s, PS5’s and Xbox X’s need this cable if you plan on playing in 8k or 120hz. On top of that, this cable is certified for in wall instillation, Variable Refresh Rate (looking at the new PS5 Pro and PC’s), Dynamic HDR, and quick frame transport. Essentially, if you need the absolute best cable to run your brand new TV that you just hooked up to your brand new entertainment center then this is probably where you should be looking. With all the bells and whistles while also having a lifetime warranty… look no further! It supports everything and your kitchen sink while being able to roll on down to bestbuy if it doesn't and get it replaced. Especially as the HDMI cable gets longer, in my experience, I have ran into several issues with the cable being DOA or having a shorter lifespan. If you have already checked out because the cable is expensive, I get it, but when you spent several thousands of dollars on a brand new setup, the last thing you want to get is a cable that is not certified and degrading your image. Looking at the cable physically, you can tell it is well made and can take the test of time as this cable is one of the thickest one’s I have seen and for good reason - being in wall rated is a big deal and backing it with a lifetime warranty means that this cable has to be able to take the heat and deter and interference it may come into. While this has been a rather ranty review, I cannot stress enough how important a good HDMI or DP cable is in ensuring that you are watching the quality that you are paying for. As always the best part of buying a BestBuy branded product is that BestBuy will stand behind it if anything goes wrong you never have to worry about getting another bum HDMI cable again. Best Buy also has an excellent return policy and even better customer service, so you never have to worry about buying a product that you don’t like so you might as well give it a go on your brand new setup!
