Bad QA and design. One of the ends had some scuffs and a small section of the wire looked slightly frayed like it wasn't cut evenly. Since the plug part has a smooth metal finish, it's very slippery to grip. I had trouble unplugging the cable from my monitor so I had to literally yank it out and nearly scratched my monitor in the process. Lastly, the lettering on the cable is so noticeable instead of subtle that it just makes the whole thing look distracting and unsightly.

Awesome 4k signal even when I was passing signal from ps4 pro through tuner/amp. But pricier than similar amazon options.

Ive purchased 3 of these just to have all 3 do the same thing 6-12 months in. Screen just cuts out, images all distorted, screen flickers. Its def the chord bc when i switch over to another hdmi cable or replace it the issues stop. Do not use his product unless you're given it for free
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with the screen cutting out, distorted images, and flickering. It's good to know that switching the HDMI cable resolves the problem. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we work to improve our products.

Won't do 4k@120hz For Very Long

I've gone through 3 of these. They just keep dying. After a while, all they'll do is 4k@60hz. If I try to set it back to 4k@120hz, the screen goes black. So I buy another cable, and the problem goes away for 6 month, then the cycle repeats. Do not buy these expecting 4k@120hz unless you're good replacing them every 6 months
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the recurring issues you’ve faced with the product. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll look into this issue to improve the product’s durability and reliability. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Keith | Rocketfish Support

Whenever i try and use this with my xbox and use HDR or Dolby Vision the screen keeps flashing black like a couple times a hour. Easily the worst purchase of a cord ive ever made, shouldnt of trusted the people in store and just stuck with the one that came with my xbox.

Tbh don’t get this hdmi cord unless you really need one. there is hardly any difference between a normal HDMI and then this one. Just stick to ur hdmi cord that you are already using
