I use it to see my laptop desktop on both a monitor and a TV. Works perfectly.

Used this to split signal coming out of PS4. Wanted audio to go to surround sound receiver but video to go to TV. Worked perfect. No lag in signal. Audio and video match up. I love this product.

We were looking to display the same show on two tvs and this product did just that. We were able to hook it up and enjoy both tvs. Very easy to hook up.

I read the reviews and thought what the hell. I added a Coby 32" LCD and 100' of HDMI cable to my patio so I could connect to an existing COX DVDR box without paying them any more money. Splitter fit the bill. The box fed a Proview 32" on a 6' HDMI cable with no problems. So I buy the Rocketfish after getting the same price as Amazon, and buy a new $30 3' input HDMI cable (ouch) for the Rocketfish. It takes about 10 minutes to hookup and guess what, it doesn't work. The only way to get pictures is to have both TV's on at the same time and the Coby has a constent video flick. Their Tech support says the 100' cable is bad, of course. I run the Coby directly to the DVDR and it's clear as a bell. Blows that theory. I end up buying a different splitter from a online competitor for half the price and $2.00 1.5' HDMI cable. Works right out of the box. Best Buy is a great place to shop and I will continue to buy from them, but do your homework before purchasing.

I bought this product because my TV has only one HDMI port and we were attempting to watch BluRay DVD's using a BluRay player. Instructions were simple enough and I had the thing connected as per instructions...watched the DVD, then tried to switch to watch TV. The picture was normal for a few seconds and then it went BESERK....sound was good though. After many attempts to switch from DVD to TV, results were the same. THIS PIECE OF S*&T DOSEN'T WORK. DO NOT BUY IT. I lost my receipt for this worthless thing and couldn't get a refund because I work out of town and when I finally got back to take care of it....time had run out....I didn't want another one because this THING DOESN'T WORK!!! THANKS AGAIN BEST BUY

I read the reviews that stated I could use this if I didn't have enough HDMI ports on my tv. Wrong! This will not help you take one port and make it 2 or 3... It will just give you a source for ONE device and two tvs/video sources. You need an HDMI switch instead. Ugh

Those of you trying to split your cable between Xbox One and a Verizon Fios box are in for a rude awakening. This will work for about 30 minutes and then channels will start blacking out and distortion sets in and then you will lose about 20 HD and regular channels before the motherboard on your Fios box blows. I tried to do this since I did not want Xbox One controlling my cable all the time and it wrecked my entire cable set up. I called Verizon and they had to ship me a new set top box. The compliance with this splitter is not in compliance with certain Fios channels including Bravo, Disney and Nickelodeon. Plus it distorts other channels and then blocks you out entirely of certain channels. Do not do this! It is not worth it and not worth TV integration splitting with Fios.

ITS A SLEEK AND POWER SPLITTER THAT GETS THE JOB DONE

Used this to split my PS3 HDMI signal, one HDMI connection to my Sony XBR-60LX900 and the other HDMI connection to my Onkyo TX-SR875. Not sure if there is a compatibility issue with the TV or any of the other products. Upon initial use, I could see "snow" (small white dots appearing randomly) across the screen (much more noticeable on a dark image). The intensity of the "snow" increased after a few minutes. Then the picture would cut in and out every 10-15 seconds. When it was working and minus the "snow," it was working great. Plus, this is the only splitter which supported HDMI 1.4 that I could buy locally at a store. As mentioned, it is a little on the expensive side. I would still recommend trying the product out because the issues I have may be due to compatibility with my components.

Wasn't all that impressed. It didn't really help with the picure, so good luck finding a better one. Honestly, it's a solid splitter for $80, but maybe look elsewhere.

I have Dishnet and didnt want to buy an extra box for my den. i need splitter that would sent signal to 2 tv. so purchase this Rockfish splitter last night. installation was straight forward. but the biggest about this splitter is that in order for it to work. BOTH TV HAS TO ON AT THE SAME TIME. I can not watch tv in my living rood without turn on the tv in the den for it to work. BAD ENGINEERING. heading back to B.B to return this and try to find something else online.

Watch out this only supports 1080P. Won't pass 1900x1200 WUXGA computer monitor output. Specs make no mention of supported resolutions.

some channels are in 16x9, the "on demand" is 480i, until the show starts playing, then it's 1080i 16x9 . I only want something to take the cable and split it. This changes it all to 16x9 and it takes a few seconds to do this. If I could turn this off I'd be content even with it taking a few seconds while it splits the single, of what ever it does.

this unit only worked for about 3 weeks and started malfunctioning. had to disconnect it. We are about two hours away from best buy store where I purchased it at . (Arden NC) Will have to take it back when I can find time to get there. The travel is the headache with our location.
