Okay, difficult to figure out at first, especially cutting the wax covering off to access the wiring, but then again maybe I did that wrong? However, it works great now and I haven’t had any problems with the wiring! Made me feel like I could be a new tech guru!

I went to cut into it with my wire strippers and realized there was about two times the amount of insulation over the copper than I realized. Really high quality looking stuff. Very impressed!

Classic speaker wire. It did everything as expected. I do miss the little white stripe that used to be on one of the two wires. Now it's very small black printing that is difficult to see when working in cramped dark places.

Wire is fine for short runs. I have much thicker fine-stranded cooper wire for bigger speakers and more powerful amps.

The Thicker the better but you can't always hide thicker. This provides a good enough quality but it's not my #1 choice. The price was good and the if you have a dark hard wooded floor then you can hide this cable well long the floor without having to tuck it away, which is a plus! It does well enough and honestly, if you aren't listening to different degrees of music everyday, you won't hear the difference too much. This is a good enough buy.
