Bought this for hubby! We have a older receiver which is not BLUE TOOTH! But works fine! Went to Best Buy to purchase one and the associate said to try this...just plug it into our receiver and it makes it blue tooth! Saved me a lot of money! Best purchase ever!

I have an older Yamaha receiver that did not come with Bluetooth capability. This allows me to connect my phone and stream music without having to spend the money on a new receiver.

Works exactly as expected. Has a pretty good range as well. Used in a storage closet and can freely travel the house without any issues.

Received this as a gift to interface a legacy component audio system to my ipad using bluetooth. Appears just what I'm looking for. Unfortunately updating my preamp so haven't used lately. Will update if there are any issues.

Love this small device, I have Apple music on my iPhone, so all the albums sound great on my sound system. Control the volume and select between song right from your chair. Very easy to hook up to Bluetooth.

Sometimes it has a bit of trouble figuring which device it’s trying to connect to it, but once you get that sorted, it seems to do what it’s intended to do- connect a non Bluetooth device to a Bluetooth device.

Pairs quickly with all of our phones (Iphone, Pixel, motorola), will only hold two phones in memory and if both are close by turn bluetooth off one of them. Sound quality is very good and using my Bose system I can't tell a difference between streaming at 320kbps vs directly from the CD player.

Nothing of what they say about poor conection and quality. I tested on my patio sound system is static but i got a wall in the middle cause my equipment is splitted and sound quality is perfect it never desconnect etc.

I use this to stream music to my old model Insignia receiver amplifier. It has a wide frequency range coverage. As evidenced in the speaker output. It has the same CD quality sound. It also has an optical output that I can later use when I upgrade to newer amplifier that has no Bluetooth.
