I have a Maremma/Border Collie Mix named Tucker whose been neurotically anxious since his Yellow Lab buddy died. Tucker is smarter than the average dog. He taught himself to open doors. One day when my wife and I were on a date, he let himself into the garage only to find that he can't reach the door handle to let himself back into the house while standing on the steps in the garage. That was very upsetting for him so he felt like chewing stuff. He opened the 3 of the doors to my wife's car and left them standing wide open; the 4th door was ajar. He did $1000 damage to the interior. He also chewed up the electric eye safety device on my garage door and other things including the Comcast cable that connects to my TV and internet and phone. I had to splice the cable back together. That is why I bought the Rocketfish cable couplers. The couplers were easy to deploy and my signal is as strong now as it ever was.

I bought these connectors because I wanted to connect the coaxial cable from my satelite dish to my new on roof antenna because I "cut the cord" with my satelite carrier. The connectors worked as described. I've had them up for about 3 months now and they have not gone bad from the rain storms and I have not lost any television reception. If you're looking to connect two coaxial cables then go ahead and spend $5 and get these connectors.

This product saved my purchase of an antenna and a cable. I thought I could plug the cable right from the TV into the antenna but I could not because the antenna had a cable coming out of it. This coaxial cable coupler helped me connect the two cables and the picture on the TV is still terrific so clearly this product does not diminish the quality of the signal in any way. Awesome product at a great price.

I had purchased these same connectors when I began remodeling after Harvey. After a set-back due to a broken water pipe, I was finally ready to get comcast out to put in new incoming cable. Two different technicians stated that these are really better than the ones they use. I have used them before, and have always had excellent reception and wifi connectivity.

I've read a number of reviews about indoor antennas like Terk and similar models with complaints about too short of a cable. This Rockfish couplers are a cheap and simple fix. Just connect the female-to-female fitting between the antenna cable and whatever length cable you need. I have my Terk flat antenna up on a wall about 20 feet from my TV using the simple connector to the Terk's original and non-detachable cable. Works great.

These are coaxial cable couplers... Not too much to say about them as they either work or they don't. These particular items worked just as advertised. Picture quality is just fine. The only knock would be that I believe there are less expensive options available through home improvement stores. With that being said, as I only needed a couple of these and I was already at Best Buy, the convenience was worth any extra premium.

Relocated computers, television cable and two routers (one of which is now three times as far from TV). Also added a splitter (to TV to add 2nd set) and ran extension cable to router for computers. Added a wireless router for Netflix/AzPrime. Speeds at computers nearly the same as before adding coupler and 50' more cable. TV signal via cable still strong and wireless viewing (with ASUS wireless router) far better than with standard FIOS wireless. Did the job very well

While this works perfectly fine for my needs I did feel that it was overpriced. You also only had the option of buying two of them instead of one which is all I needed. So now I have an extra one of these sitting in the junk drawer with all the other cables and wires that are junk. I'll probably end up throwing it out in a years time; when I found that I have no use for the second one. Besides that it works great.

Coax Cable To Short - Inexpensive Coupler Solution

While installing a TV and HD box in a new location, I found the two coax cables supplied by Comcast were to short to reach the wall outlet. I priced a longer coax cable costing approximately $20.00 vs. the Rocketfish Coaxial Cable Coupler - 2 pack for $4.99 at Best Buy. I coupled the two Comcast cables together with one coupler for an inexpensive solution to my problem.

Our internet hookup is located in our bedroom, which is far from our living room and causes a weak signal. I bought a 50 foot coaxial cable to extend the position of our modem and router and these couplers made it possible! They’re sturdy and well-built. Recommend!

Per the Comcast cable install tech (with a dozen years of experience) gold connectors actually cause line interference. It's barely noticeable with basic or basic digital but if you have the X1 where everything depends upon seamless signal transfer it will cause problems. Good to know - even if after the fact. It witnessed the difference as he repaired the system - interesting.

Instead of calling the cable company for an additional line to run a second TV for the game, we opted to use a long cable wire and run from an existing line from a separate room. In order to do so, we needed this coupler to extend the wire from the wall. This worked beautifully, and was much less expensive than calling the cable company for 1 day of service.

I needed this when moving a TV from one room to another and wasn't going to pay the service provider $100 to rerun the cable. Sorry for getting off topic, but the use of the cable was great. It works great. Signal quality wasn't lost, it was an easy install, and the pack of 2 is even better. I only needed one so there's an extra one if need be.

I purchased these connectors when I recently bought a Clearstream 2v outdoor antenna. Ended up not needing them, and returned them to the store, where my money was cheerfully refunded. I'm sure they were fine, just didn't need them. I do, however, need all of the bonus points I can get to knock down the price on a new TV, so I'm writing this review.

Used the connector to run a coaxial cable through a room wall plate to the attic. I had placed an antenna in the attic to receive local TV stations over the air. The connector worked well with no discernible loss in signal strength through the connector.

I ended up getting one of these to work as an extension for my tv antennae. It was able to perform it's function well and the price was right. I only wish that it has some sort of bag that they came in for better storage than the fitted box. Also didn't really need more than one but they only seemed to have a 2-pack in-store. Overall though it works.

I bought these coaxial cable couplers to extend my cable wire so I could use my TV in my enclosed patio. The produce worked great and did just I needed it to do. I was able to extend the cable and the signal was very strong. I was happy with product and the price was fair.

Who reads reviews of Cable Extension Adapters? You, I guess. Now that I have your attention, these were easy to install. If you can screw a lid on a pickle jar, you can handle this task. What else can I say, but I am blow away at the quality of TV that streams through this little threaded lug nut, it is probably better than 1080p.

I needed some coaxial couplers, to couple some coaxial cable, so I could run it from one side of my room to the other, there were two in this package, so I bought them, and the they worked! The coaxial cable was effectively coupled. And the signal was good enough that I would have assumed that it was all one long coaxial cable and not three.

I got this to extend my cable feed coax cable. I had tried another one of thes from Walmart that failed. That one was not gold colored like this one, so maybe that’s why? I’m happy to save on a long HDMI cable by successfully extending the coax cable.
