One of the HDMI spots was blocked by our new TV mount and the ability for this adapter to swivel made it very easy to fit into the small space.

This is well made. Appears to be made of metal housing. Standard HDMI adapter with swivel/bend feature. The 90° turn makes it easy to plug in an HDMI cable in the tight space behind a flat screen TV that's wall-mounted. It's a bit expensive but it appears to be solidly built.
