Only issue is the limited space you have to maneuver cable/wires between wall and tv. I don't have large hands but my wife had to insert them. Advise, if possible, to attach prior to hanging tv.

This allowed me to use it in a small rectangular area I had where the tv needed to be perfectly centered to not cause trouble in the hallway.
