I was surprised that anyone would be able to portray Elton John so superbly! The acting and singing was excellent! What a performance. Anyone who grew up loving Elton John’s singing and flamboyant performances will want to see and own this movie!

My wife and I were able to see this movie in our local movie theater and my wife really liked it and were really happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and we are looking forward to watching again it as often as we want.

By far one of the most unique biopics I’ve seen. In true Elton form, this fantastic musical brings the classic lyrics to life. I never realized there was such a sad story behind the neon glasses and paraphernalia. Definitely would recommend.

This is one of the best adaptation movies for an autobiography. I love how the scenes turn into misocals.

Great for anyone who wants to know a little more about the life of Elton John. I learned so many things I didn’t know about him before. GREAT STORY. I just wished the songs lasted longer in the movie like they did for Bohemian Rhapsody.

When I saw this in theatres I was surprised it was more of a musical (like La La Land) and not a drama like Bohemian Rhapsody. Still it was a very well made and entertaining movie. If you like Elton John, you'll like this movie.

I loved this movie and I knew I would when I heard of Elton John's involvement. The acting is superb. You want to kill the bad guys or jerks and love the friends. Singing was awesome considering the primary actor did most of it.

As a lifelong Elton John fan, I was really looking forward to this movie. I liked it even more than I had expected. It is more than a biopic. It uses his music very creatively to tell the story of his childhood and early career.

Overall a good film outlining Elton’s life journey. Music is re-recorded for the film so not the original tracks but still great to listen to. Make sure your sound system is up to the task...your’e going to want to turn this up.

If you're looking for the Elton John version of Bohemian Rhapsody you're getting the wrong movie if you're looking for a movie that's more about his story than the music you're getting the right movie it has a chunk of his greatest hits but it's more about his transition from childhood two musician

This is a really good movie for any Elton John fan! Taron Egerton’s portrayal of Elton John, in my own opinion of course, is spot-on. No wonder I love this movie so much! A must buy and must watch! You’ll enjoy it, I promise!

Some of the stuff Elton John was about before he picked up how life and made Something out of it. Taron edgerton just nails it as Elton John. This movie is more mature than bohemian rapsody so be warned! Not for kiddos

I couldn't wait to see this movie after watching Bohemian Rhapsody! The guy who played Elton John did a phenomenal job and like that they kind of set it up as a musical movie! The movie was great from beginning to end!!

This film is definitely a fun ride from start to finish. Taron Egerton definitely gave an Oscar worthy performance. Won’t be surprised if he even wins. The steelbook is gorgeous and definitely a must own to your collection.

I love Elton John and love the actor that plays him in this movie. It really depicts his difficult yet so successful and crazy life. I saw this in theaters and just had to buy it when it became available at Best Buy!

Would recommend for a mature audience. Great sound track. Some parts are very sad. Have a new image of how I see Elton John. All in all, h Great entertainment. Blu Ray copy extremely clear and out of this world audio.

Excellent movie and a great showcase of the legendary artists life. More faithful to the spirit of the artist than last year's Bohemian Rhapsody and a great celebration of not only the artist, but his music.

I'm not much for musicals (Elvis Presley singing in the middle of the ocean with great acoustics) but I liked how this movie made use of the Musical genre while pursuing the Biographical purpose of this movie.
