My husband wanted the 1st 4 Aerosmith albums as they're his favorite band. He had them long ago, but lost them. These are remastered albums, but they are still excellent and sound the same as the originals. He was happy with it, therefore I was happy. This is the best Aerosmith..the good old days.

Even though I don't listen to this album too often, "Back In the Saddle" and "Last Child" are enough of a reason to buy it. The rest of the songs on the CD aren't bad, but they don't have the same punch as these two. Perhaps not on the same level as Toys In the Attic, but pretty close.

Many classics on this one. This album inspired almost every rock/metal band of the last 30 years.

This is tied as my favorite Aerosmith album with Toys in the Attic. This is easily one of the greatest rock albums ever made. This is one of the highlights of Aerosmith's career, released in 1976 as a follow up to the awesome Toys in the Attic album. This is definitely their heaviest rocking album overall, with Back in the Saddle, Rats in the Cellar, Sick As a Dog, and Nobody's Fault firing on all cylinders. However, there is still the signature hard rock sound and power ballads captured in Toys In the Attic on here. The biggest hits on it are Back in the Saddle and Last Child, but many of the largely unknown songs are just amazing. If you want to hear Aerosmith's best in their heyday, buy this and Toys In the Attic.

Tracks 3-6 are my all-time fav's but you can't go wrong with this album. Forget that you might already know tracks 1 & 2, still great songs but listen to the rest! I luv how raw and much heavier this album is compared to post-Permanent Vacation(1986)! This is 1 of my 3 favorite albums of all time! This to me is Aerosmith at thier best!! ;)
