Sound delay/lag too much to overcome
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought all the cable needed for the recommended "best" setup, and still experienced too much delay to make the game enjoyable. I am very disappointed. As an experienced guitar player, the delay between me striking the string with my pick, and the sound coming out of the speakers, is just too much. The fact that what my hands were doing and my ears were hearing are not the same makes it impossible to play properly, in my opinion. Perhaps for a beginner this would not be much of a problem, but I think anybody who has ever plugged a guitar into an amplifier would immediately notice the difference and find it hard to keep playing.

Glorified Guitar Hero

I don't see where it teaches you how to play the guitar. You play along with songs just like in guitar hero. There's no tutorial that tries to actually teach you the guitar. It's simply a glorified guitar hero!
