Rocky movies are a should have for every household

it's all the movies Rocky in one great collection.

My son purchased the Rocky 1 blu ray for me for Christmas. He wanted to do more. This set (through Best Buy) cost only $9 more than the single movie; it was a no-brainer. The re-master of Rocky 1 is breathtaking (an impressive feat for a movie more nearly 35 years old): sound, picture quality, etc. I can't say this about the other movies but the sound is certainly better on blu ray compared to my DVD set. Still, it is wonderful to have each movie on blu ray and the unexpected bonus was to have all 6 movies sitting in a box that is only millimeters larger than a standard DVD case. Best Buy truly had the "best buy" for this set as the next-closest price was more than $14 more when I made the purchase.

This film collection is great for any Rocky fan. Great film's, but some not so great. They look beautiful in HD and the fights are great. A must have.

The Heavyweight Collection is a nice set, especially for $17.99. I think the only difference between this set and the previous Rocky Undisputed Blu-ray collection is that the Heavyweight has the 4k remaster of the first film. Be aware that the rest of the films are NOT 4k transfers, only the first. Best Buy told me this set has been deleted from their system now, so I suppose with Apollo coming out this year MGM will be putting out another box set with it included and possibly 4k transfers of the rest of the series(?)

I was very impressed to find the entire "Rocky" series on Blu-Ray in one set. While the first five films have long been available in multiple forms, I had yet to see them joined by the sixth, "Rocky Balboa" (a great movie). When I saw the price on this collection, I was sure there would be no special features, but I was wrong. Each chapter in Rocky's life is accompanied by commentaries and featurettes that give each one more background and the overall series more punch as the premiere work of Stallone's life. If you don't yet own the "Rocky" series, or only possess a few of the movies, this is the collection you need.

I'm starting to think Sylvester Stallone should have been an Italian Bronks Super Hero. Maybe DC will pick him up.

I have thoroughly been enjoying this collection of Rocky films. This Steelbook Blu-ray collection is an outstanding value, with over three hours of bonus material, always a plus. Coincidentally I had just watched the original Rocky on television the very week this Best Buy Deal of the Day was offered, which perked my interest in the Rocky films. The timing of this Best Buy Deal of the Day, and the outstanding Deal of the Day price can't be beat. Good job Best Buy!

Although I had only really sought to purchase the original two films of this series (since they are my absolute favorites), who can pass up this convenient collection? I'm a snob when it comes to collection packaging, but this is one that was done right! Discs, aren't jammed into paper sleeves or other strange packaging and it all takes less space on my shelf. For this price, I don't know why any Rocky fan would attempt to find each disc separately.

If you are a "Rocky" fan this is the collection for you. I bought this for my daughter who loves "Rocky". She had it on VHS but those tapes disappeared years ago. She was so excited to receive them. This has ALL the "Rocky" movies. As an added treat I also got her the 2 "Creed" movies, all in "Blu-ray". She was thrilled.

Stallone. Now there is a Actor who paved the way with all of his movie storytelling and Rocky was one of them. my favorite is part 2,3&4 and now Creed. But if applos kid going to fight clubber lanes kid in the third and get trained by drago in the next “film” i wouldn’t be surprised at all. Is it me or movies becoming to predictable. As if the originally is no longer an ambitious goal.

Just wanted to watch Rocky on a whim because I remembered Aries Spears talking about his favorite scene during his standup special, that particular scene was in Rocky III when Mickey passes away and Aries was sounding like Rocky while he was bursting into tears. Anyways, the video quality is spectacular and with 6 movies, it is a fantastic price!

Honestly, I originally thought this was just the first Rocky film, the other ones added on, even though they aren't nearly as good of films, was a nice bonus. Do you like Rocky? Get this. Want to watch Stallone single handedly end the Cold War? Check out Rocky IV Mr. T fan? The real question is who isn't... Rocky III Enjoy weird bar fights and an elder actors refusal to accept reality that the franchise is dead? Rocky...Balboa Want to see that same actor put in an awesome and elegant performance as Rocky? Pick up Creed, not included.
