Not all of them are great. But I love the overall story. Never been a fan of actual boxing, but love boxing movies.

This was purchased for the family. We have enjoyed the movies especially, the slim case they're all kept in.

For anyone deterred from seeing “Rocky” because of a lack of interest in boxing, just know that the specific sport isn’t the focal point – it is merely a device for developing the roles, a moving love story, and the themes of fighting against the odds and never giving up. It isn’t the first encouraging movie to feature an underdog that is entirely likeable and sorely outmatched, but it is one of the absolute finest – and possibly the definitive exemplar of the inspirational drama subgenre. It’s lasting power and greatness aren’t in the technically impressive fight choreography or even the nuanced, subtle acting, but in the creation of timeless characters that provide an unquestionable hero, an uncommon heroine, and quirky supporting players – and in the resonating story that dares to prove that winning isn’t everything.

It’s amazing to know the story behind Rocky and all the hard work put in by Sly Stallone to make his first movie a reality. Remember seeing his first movie many a years back when I was a kid. It’s a combination of a love story and a drive to be a reputable boxer. Each movie takes him further in his journey, various unique methods of training, & the ability to never give up. Amazing talent such as Talia Shire as his love interest, Burt Young who plays her brother and Burgess Meredith (Penguin in original Batman TV series) as his trainer. Also talented actors Carl Weathers as Apollo Creed (Rocky 1 - 4). Mr. T as Clubber Lang in Rocky 3 & Dolph Lundgren (who appears in Expendable movies with Stallone) in Rocky 4 and appears in Creed 2 as “Ivan Drago” reappears. All 6 movies are great to watch & a nice collection DVD. Rocky’s famous words...”Yo Adrian!”

Great collection for all pure Rocky fans. Price was very fair and the Blu-Ray quality was great. There could of been more special features included but I'm not complaining, I was looking for exactly what this is...all of the films in one bundle.

Can you believe I just got the WHOLE Rocky Collection for less then $20? I am EXCITED!!!
