This is the second remake of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (1997 version). PROS: -great music (Rodgers & Hammerstein) -entire cast of actors played their parts well -colorful costumes -dance sequences entertaining/done well -diverse cast offers a new modern take on the story of Cinderella CONS: -made in the 90s so the film shows it’s age. CG graphics from the time, so a bit cheesy. But gives you a nostalgic feel -on DVD only/no blu ray. This movie needs a clean up, but not sure if it will ever get one since it originally aired on tv ...but don’t let this stop you! I don’t ever see this on tv or anywhere anymore. It’s worth the money and worth a watch for both kids & adults. I really enjoyed this version of Cinderella :) I also recommend the original black and white version (1957) with Julie Andrews!

I love this movie so much and have been looking for it on DVD for years after we got rid of it with our VHS's. I was excited to see it online at Best Buy, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Beautiful singing, music, and costumes!

Bought this to reminisce about my childhood, worth EVERY penny. The songs are memorable, the cast is fantastic, and I don't think any other version quite compares to this one. Do buy.

What a cast! Whitney Houston as the Godmother, Brandy as Cinderella and Bernadette Peters as the evil stepmother. Wonderful remake of this classic tale.

We’ve always been looking to purchase this movie but couldn’t find it anywhere else other then Best Buy. Super happy we were able to get his dvd.

My niece keeps playing this over and over because of the singing. Last children movie I know Whitney Houston was in that I know of.

This movie is such a classic, it is also hard to find and is not on iTunes! I love Cinderella and this is such a fun classic Cinderella.
