Death Race 2000 was ahead of its time when released. When the remake Death Race was announced I was excited until I saw the film. Yep, they blew it. With Death Race 2050 I have been taken back in time to see the original again. This film was a semi remake / sequel and it does not disappoint. It captures the feel of the original as well as everything that made the original such a cult classic. Check it out. You won't be disappointed

This movie was not like the others Death Race movies. I enjoyed all of the others not to sure about this one. However, it was entertaining

If you think this is anything like the Death Race movies that were released in the past few years, you are mistaking. The only similarity is driving and shooting, but even that is not done nearly as well in this movie as the other Death Race series. Clearly a B movie that was only saved by some humor. If I had spent more than $9.99 for this movie, I would be upset. I do not think this movie will ever be watched by me again.

Movie made me laugh a lot at the good use of lines and gags and acting..... In my opinion, this is a high quality low budget movie

got this as a blind buy because i love Manu Bennett. i knew it was gonna be cheesy and kind o f suck, but i still enjoyed it

In the true Roger Corman style, This rendition of Death Race lives up to the true campiness and B-Level movie tradition.

A low budget picture. Roger Cortana original death race is a classic. I don't think this one will make it that far

This movie was a bit like Space Balls and Cannon Ball Run fused together, then add in a little bit of Death Race.

Very entertaining movie, but just not as good as Death Race 2000. I am glad that Roger Corman made another.

As an avid film watcher, I usually scoff at the idea of remakes. Very few have ever impressed me, and most are so awful they don't deserve any sort of recognition. However, this one, is in the very small percentage of exceptions. If you enjoyed the original, then I definitely recommend this updated piece of modern-day trash film. Way better than those stupid prison race films.

Corman tires to recapture the original with this film. It is entertaining but don't live up to the original .

A sequel to Death Race 2000 with the same blood and gore we expect from any of Corman;s cult classic films.

B movie, witch i like,however this is just a redo of the second movie,don't think i can recommend this.
