Stand alone episode that was supposed to be between ep.3 and ep.4? Maybe a little, but not totally. It WAS good enough to be a movie all on its own.

I love Rogue One it's different from the other movies and has great battle and war scene it has the best visuals I have seen in the Star Wars movies

I felt obligated to buy this movie yet again, but in 4K this time, to complement The Skywalker Saga 4K boxed set.

Ever wondered what happened just prior to the beginning of "A New Hope"? This movie will fill in those blanks while also being entertaining.

No Jedi no sith. An original take on the star wars universe that still captures what made the original trilogy great! A great prequel to A New Hope.

Replaced heavy, fuzzy picture old tv with light weight Samsung. Great move. Don't care for somewhat flimsy plastic base but, all else is excellent.

Rogue One is a solid tie in stand alone that provides a glimpse into the SW universe. In more than one way, what it really provides is a background for the original SW by letting the viewer understand the nature of many desperate people trying to survive and also provides an avenue for ... "A NEW HIOPE"

Very exciting story about an important fight for defeating the dark side. New characters as well as old keep you interested in what's comming next.

If The Force Awakens hadn't come first, this film would have been similarly heralded in its place. It's a compelling story with developed characters, told in an enjoyable fashion. But it suffers from the natural comparisons, because it simply doesn't meet the mile-high standards set by the earlier film.

Very entertaining, edge of the seat action. Nice to see them adding characters to the Star Wars Saga. Enjoyed by the whole family, 3 generations.

It's Star Wars, what else needs to be said? This is a reasonably well told 'extended' Star Wars story, dealing with the original theft of the Death Star blueprints. It's well acted, for the most part, with comic relief from Allen Tudyk as K2-SO. An enjoyable watch, if darker than the usual SW tale.

As a big Star Wars fan I believe this is one of the best films in the series. Well acted and solidly directed. Plenty of action, but not overdone.

I actually enjoyed this movie. Went to the movie theatre to watch it and was quite please. I like how it ties into Star Wars universe. Been waiting for the 4K Blu-ray release since it was announced. Definitely a much buy if you’re a Star Wars fan.

Great movie to add to the Star Wars franchise. Didn't get to see this one in theaters but it is a great movie and doesn't disappoint for Star Wars.
