Great Picture, Great Sound w/Bar But Problems

This TV has a great picture, nice sound with our soundbar and has a bit more bass sound than a lot of other TV brands. I like that. It sounds ok without the soundbar but we like surround sound. The style is sleek and looks good. The only bad thing I'm starting to notice (after a month) is the TV turning itself off at various times while watching a show. I'm very disappointed so far. I have two other Roku TVs in the house, and they've never had a problem after several years of using them. Hopefully I can get a replacement.

Posted .Hi Tellis, this is a bit unusual, and we're here to help. The cause of this issue may be the Sleep Timer feature that is enabled. To check this, press Home, then go to Settings > System > Timer > Sleep Timer, and see if the feature is turned on. Issue with repeating when using live tv

Sadly the tv stopped working. We replaced with a 55” Roku brand tv. The tv has many great features and is easy to use. My biggest issue is that this tv constantly repeats when you are watching live tv. This happens when you have a memory stick in the USB port. Watching shows and the news is annoying when the tv keeps repeating lines and then garbles the sound to catch up. I have contacted Roku support twice. The first time I was asked to do some simple fixes and see if they worked. They did not so I called back. My issue was escalated to their engineering department. Unfortunately, there’s nothing that I can do as far as a return. The issue started about 20-25 days after the purchase. Now it’s too lat to return. I asked the Roku rep what they would do and they indicated that engineering had to look into it. This may se like a minor issue to some, but it is annoying. The only way to eliminate the issue is to remove the memory stick. This also disables the “pause live tv” option that is a main feature of the Roku tv. At this point I don’t know that I can recommend this tv. I love the concept and ease of use. I just can’t stand the constant repeating when watching live tv.

The settings and features are robust and lightning quick. Amazing wireless connection. Very vivid picture with deep blacks. I use it for next gen gaming and my XBox Series S looks gorgeous and runs incredibly smooth with it. The only spec i wish was upgraded is the 60hz refresh rate, 120hz would have been nice. But for the price, I still feel I got an AMAZING deal!!!

Could not set it up when it arrived because the wall bracket was not installed so tried to set up TV later but was unable to combine Roku remote with Dish cable even following the instructions. Need Best Buy help but they want an arm and a leg to resolve this situation. Will have to hire professional help!

The Smart TVs today are more complicated than I need so I though I'd try the Roku TV. For a budget TV, I'm very pleased. I love the ease of accessing my programs, the picture is good and overall I'm happy about my purchase.

I live in a place where I have to put the tv against a wall with windows directly on the other wall, so I used to deal with a lot of screen glare during the daytime. This tv actually does a really good job reducing screen glare, so I can still enjoy using the tv even when the sun is up. I think the tv is super easy to navigate as well and I enjoy the customizations.
