I bought this 65 inch Roku Pro Series open-box with no damage and no missing accessories. Pros: Remote- I didn't realize I would like this as much as I do when I first bought the TV. I love the remote which charges via USB-C. No changing batteries anymore. The backlights in the remote also light up whenever you pick it up which is awesome for a dark bedroom. Picture quality- The reviewers all say this tv is a little oversaturated, but I like that look in practice and with this panel. It's vibrant and makes images pop. The viewing angle is not OLED quality, but is decent and not a detraction. There is a small amount of blooming, but I haven't found it distracting and it is minimized due to the moderately high dimming zone count. I think it accurately represents how we see bright lights at night anyway and dark backgrounds are not overbrightened. Audio: I love it. Roku went all out with the sound quality I have no desire for a soundbar at all. The speakers are clear and have the deepest base I've heard built into a TV. The sound setting for enhanced dialog clarity works really well if you ever find dialogue to be muddled. I find the factory dialogue presets to be well tuned. Roku customer service- Easily contactable by phone (see below). Interface- This is my first Roku TV. I find the user interface to be much better than the fire TV I am replacing with this unit. The settings menu can be a little complex to navigate but a big step up from the fire TV and much more intuitive. Cons: Mandatory Roku account- You cannot access the TV at all without creating a Roku account first. I am okay with this, but you might not be. I'm not sure how this impacts users with no Internet. Brightness- The lowest brightness setting is still pretty bright in a dark bedroom. This is fine 90% of the time and only an issue when there's a large white space on the screen which can be borderline blinding if it follows a dark scene. If you need a bright TV then this has some horsepower and will probably be a big pro for you. Weight- This is a 65 lb TV and is not a single person purchase or install. Have a helper handy. Software Updates- I noticed two bugs when I bought the TV, one was fixed with a factory reset while the other is persistent as of writing this review. The first bug occurred only after watching HDR content, where all other content would have a strange color tinge like a reddish or greenish color filter applied. After factory reset per Roku customer service HDR is working fine and the bug has not returned. Customer service was easily contactable by phone which I appreciate. The second bug continues to persist where the auto dimming backlight feature does not work. The customer service forums have responses from Roku saying that this feature should be fixed in a future software update. As of right now it has not been fixed. This is strange because the auto dimming feature works on the first use after a full power cycle, but after that, selecting auto brightness just defaults to full bright even in a fully dark room. Selecting manual brightness is easy and still works, so this is only a mild inconvenience. If this is fixed in a software update this will be a 5+ Star review. Overall: With the open box pricing I got of just under $600 this is an incredible TV even with the shortcomings mentioned. I just can't give it a five-star review with a feature not functioning properly (auto dimming). At this price I want to give it six stars when everything is finally working though. At full price, it's still a decent 5 Star experience once they fix the auto dimming in the firmware.

The TV was easy to set up and has great quality photos and audio. I did a lot of research and wanted one with 120 Hz refresh rate and I have had good experiences with Roku in the past. 100% worth it for the price!

Excellent TV for size my office. The colors are not OLED but if you’re wanting something more than LED but don’t feel the need to buy a theater quality view, this is it. Roku is second to none in the streaming industry. Everything is a piece of cake to setup, connecting to your providers is streamlined, and painless. Even got one for my in-laws who are completely tech illiterate. Will keep going for Roku brands when it’s time to update.

My older 43" Plasma Pioneer TV started to go dim and we had already upgraded from a Roku stick to a 43" Roku TV for up stairs and Loving the Roku platform I decided to stick with Roku TV. Going with the 65" Pro from Roku 2024 model was the perfect fit for my downstairs living room. The Sound was super great, the picture is Outstanding. This TV did NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!. Voice control remote and Roku Channel along with every APP we needed.

Absolutely awesome TV. The more pricey TVs are way overrated. This is a QLED TV and it's really all ya need. Very simple, but high quality. I love the simple ROKU remote (illuminated and rechargeable). Everything about it is really perfect...

Bought this TV today hoping that it woukd be good but when we got it set up and watched avatar 2 on it i was absolutely blown away. Ive had an Oled c2 for a few years and bought this for my parents so i wasnt expecting it to be as good but dang it is outstanding. I just wish ROKU did a better job marketing it and had their display TVs actually play a great demo video like all the other brands!

Roku Great Streaming Devices TVs? NOT SO MUCH!

Returned this 65 inch Roku Pro Series QLED TV almost 2 weeks ago just in time before my 14 day return expired! Roku makes awesome streaming products however their TVs aren’t the best. When it came to watching some of my shows the picture quality looked great in one scene and in another scene it got fuzzy or it wasn’t true QLED. Picture quality is a hit and miss it worked pretty good in the dark since I had this set up in my living room basement. The sound for built in speakers were actually impressive for this TV when sitting up close although true Atmos is a soundbar and subwoofer. Lastly, cleaning this was a BAD IDEA! I’m sure other TV brands are sensitive to cleaning but wow using a dry microfiber cloth or a simple Swiffer RUINS this TV! Hence part of the reason why I returned it immediately. Save your money on better quality brands in the future and only use Roku’s players for their OS. I’ll definitely be looking at what other brands have to offer OLED is my top choice right now for my next TV purchase in the future. Sony peaks my interest not just for streaming, movie watching, but gaming as well on my PS5.

Solid TV with integrated Roku. But could be better

TVs with Roku built-in have had a solid user interface for over ten years. But it hasn't evolved with any noticeable improvements, for too long. Such as 1) Depending on which programming source you watch on your TV, you typically have to navigate through ten or twenty button presses after powering up the TV. There is a menu option that supposedly takes you to the last-viewed source, but it's mostly useless. Roku's software staff apparently never thought about viewers who are not so tech savvy, perhaps elderly or with cognitive decline. Way too many button presses to just get back to the same app selection that you watch every time you power up the TV. 2) When will they provide an OS with an internet browser? So much unrealized functionality, could create so many new use cases for the tv. The tv itself is great. Recommend the 2nd gen voice remote pro, with USB-C recharging port.

We are really liking this tv. Interface, remote, sound, picture - all good. Doesn’t glare easily. A button on tv makes remote beep so it’s easy to locate if misplaced.

I’ve been a Roku fan since I started streaming services about 8 years ago. I was looking for a QLED TV and was going to add Roku to it. My 24 year old son did a bunch of research and picked this for his apartment. I followed his advice. Glad I did. Excellent picture and easiest use of any smart TV.

Great TV so far, Real Bright, Fabulous Color, Great Picture, Lots of adjustments to suit your picture & sound needs. Replaced a TCL Roku tv, Glad I did, apps are real fast, remote is easy to use and backlite, so you can see what your doing. Very Happy, hoping its issue free for a long time. I have AT&T fiber optics, TV is getting nearly 300 mbps!!! 5 STAR A+++++
