I bought my Roku unit at Best Buy and as I was checking out the cashier asked me if I had ever set one up before. When I said no, she said to set up a Roku account BEFORE I set up the unit with my TV. That way when the unit started to look for an account and asked for a log in, it could find one. The Roku instruction don't tell you to do that and to successfully set up the unit you would need to do that. So that advice was really a BIG help. Since I knew what to do the unit was really easy to set up. Like any computer based unit.... make sure to restart the unit so that it starts fresh and can kind your account.

We’ve used Roku as our streaming device since they first came out. Picked up the Premier + in Black Friday. Awesome streaming device.

I didn't realize how much content there is out there. Now I can stream directly to my big flat screen TV from all different web apps.

Not many things to stream in 4k so that's not a big selling point yet. All of the Marvel series apparently are available in 4k but I've watched them all already. This Roku doesn't have a "voice search" option remote. Which I grew to appreciate with my old Roku 3. Didn't read the box close enough I guess. It still has the headphone jack on the remote. Super fast speeds. I bought on Black Friday for $50 and I wouldn't spend more than that on this. If I were to spend more I would want the voice search enabled remote.

Some Roku's are better than others and this is one of the better ones. Even my old Roku 2's are still going strong but they didn't get some updates and don't work with 4k. So a upgrade was in order.

We've never used a Roku before just Chromecast but I love it. I've had this for about 3 weeks and used it a ton, not looking back!!

This is a great streaming media player and gets 4K broadcasts. The pricing is very competitive and it is high quality build. One great feature is that you can plug your earphones directly into the provided remote This is a feature that I haven't seen on any other unit making it great for watching TV in bed without disturbing your wife or partner.

After a few weeks, I was able to set up my new Roku device. It was easy to set up. And it's a nice upgrade from the older versions.

I love this updated roku. I had the 2 and the streaming stick, this was a nice update. Also the point anywhere remote is everything.

My new Roku works really well!!! It opens a ton of doors on what i can see on television!!! It loads fast and is super easy to use.

I like the choices I have now. Never used this type of device so looking forward to happy streaming hours. Set up was fairly easy.

This is the second premier plus I’ve purchased in he last year. These devices are excellent for all your streaming needs. Love it!

Bought for parents to help them get with the times, they found it user friendly for folks that only use cable and don't use the internet much. My Dad has bad hearing and likes the headphone option.

I was having poor performance o streaming services on my new OLED TV. Got a Roku and things are great. Very easy to set up and use.

I already had an Nvidia Shield Pro that was not compatible with some of the apps that I wanted to add. The Roku premiere+ filled a gap in my system. It is extremely easy to use and app-friendly. Picture quality is not quite as good as Nvidia but for streaming shows the differences are not major. Excellent remote far better than Nvidia as well.

Works the same as the first, the head phones on the remote may be worth something to someone, but it is nothing i would pay extra for. My previous HDMI roku was less money from the same store.

I just upgraded from a very early Roku model, XS. Biggest differences were better quality HD picture and faster response time.

I like that the remote now works with my sound system. Makes watching from the Roku easier. Big improvement over my older Roku.

I got rid of cable and went with the Roku for streaming. Love it. And the remote is easy to use. Extremely satisfied with it.

I had a Roku before and I wanted another one for my new TV. It is great to use and very easy to install. Very Happy with it.
