Easy setup. Universal remote features, voice command and the 4K are a very nice upgrade from my old Roku. Earphone jack is a very good feature. Only cons that the mute button on the remote can accidentally be pressed because it’s on the side and the earphones are not high quality. Would be better if Roku left off the easy access buttons for the four apps and put the volume and mute buttons there instead. Also, would have been better if this had a wireless Bluetooth headphone but if you download the Roku app to your phone, you can connect wireless headphones that way. Overall, I really like the device.

Love my Roku. Easy to use, fast speed. Only thing I don’t like is the controllers don’t last very long.

I was hesitate in purchasing because I had purchased another brand and had to return it - was just too difficult to set up and use. This brand, Roku, was so easy to set up and use - very happy with my purchase. If I could add anything to the product though, a light would be nice so you can navigate better.

In my opinion ROKU is far superior to the other brand. I find there are more choices with a ROKU. It does not matter if you get the more expensive or less expensive they all provide the same quality product. It's a very very easy set up as well as being a plug and go device.

I love the earbud option! It's nice that someone can watch TV at night while the other person sleeps. I've had other Roku sticks before, no issues, but this option takes the cake!

If are a spectrum subscriber then the Roku is perfect for streaming your TV services without having to pay the extra cost of a cable box and plus it has Netflix and AppleTV and many more streaming options. The Roku - Streaming stick + 4K Headphone edition is great because you can actually pair you It with your TV and use it to power your TV on and Off and volume control. This device is perfect for streaming in 4K and also accepts voice commands. Last but not least, this edition of the Roku has a headphone jack which allows you to isolate the audio to your headphones while someone else could possibly be reading a book next to you. Great buy!

Super easy setup. Channels seem to open quicker than with the previous version. The voice command works very well. The earphone jack and power button are a definite plus.

Works great. Headphones come in very handy so you won't disturb others. Volume, mute and power can also be controlled with the remote.

Great product and a huge upgrade over the older streaming sticks. Fast and easy to to set up. My only complaint is those quick-access buttons, how many times do I accidentally hit the NETFLIX button when going to rewind a show and then have to jump back to my original app.

This is my 3rd Roku stick in the house. I have never had any problems with Roku. I got this stick for my spare bedroom when my daughter moved out. There is a TV in there but it doesn't have a remote control and I wanted to be able to watch my satellite TV in there. So I bought this stick plugged it in and it took maybe two minutes to set up and now I have a perfectly working TV with remote. And I love that this has the headphones that attach to the remote for quiet leaving. Can't beat a deal like this. Best part is that's it's super simple and works great!

The Roku platform is amazing, very easy to use. The 4K version of the streaming stick allows for x265 encoded videos to be played directly from my media server, the reason why I upgraded to this version. The Headphone Edition adds in a very cool feature to the remote where you can plug in headphones and watch television without disturbing anyone else in the house. There's a similar feature in the Roku app on a cell phone, but this isn't great when you're trying to work from home with a Netflix addicted five year old. The headphone option is great!

My first experience with a Roku several years ago was less than acceptable so I went with AppleTV instead. I wanted to try Roku again to see if things had improved. I found this model on sale and decided to give it another honest try since I could return the device if necessary. After trying it for a few weeks, I found myself using the Roku more than the AppleTV. Now, after a few months, I would say I use the Roku for about 95% of my TV and movie viewing. It is just so much easier to use than the AppleTV. One thing that Roku excels at and Apple fails at is the search functions within Hulu, Netflix, and other apps. The alphabetic and numeric characters are laid out in a grid on the Roku instead of linear, as the AppleTV does. To sum it up, I am not bashing AppleTV, but I doubt very seriously I will upgrade to their 4K model when the Roku will do the same thing for a LOT LESS money, in addition to the Roku being easier to use. I would say to get this model of Roku with the remote that allows for headphones to be used. To Roku, my suggestions for improvement would be to allow Bluetooth headphones to be used and to rearrange the remote buttons. The volume and mute buttons are simply in the wrong place. They get in the way more often than not. Also, there is no need for the little, cloth Roku tag on the remote. Leave that off and shave a few dollars off the price.

I just wish we had gotten one sooner. On my Samsung, HBO and Prime were always crashing or freezing and to reset one had to unplug and plug back in the TV just to get everything working again, including when we wanted to stream from our phones to the TV AND have sound. Sound cutting out on HBO was always a problem and could only watch a single program before restarting, Prime didn't seem to work at all for months and lately even the better made apps like Netflix and Hulu had started to crash. All that is in the past. Enter Roku: I love how easy it was to install, almost never has a glitch, have yet to see a crash. The little Remote is GREAT simple and yet has all you need (a bit sensitive, my cats turn it on running across, and I have accidentally turned it on several times but no big deal, keep it put up when not in use) and the 3.5mm Audio out is soooo great, not only if you don't want to wake your partner or neighbors, but I just got a Portable Headphone amp/dac and used a 3.5mm male to male to connect the Roku Remote to my Amp and then hooked in my Audiophile Headphones and the result was amazing even with the sound being sent wirelessly to the remote (Yes I have no good sound bar or speakers but do have my personal listening system and this little feature makes watching a late night Movie, etc, an absolute pleasure. If you have any issues with any off your 'Smart' TV Apps, just spend the 40 bucks, so worth the time you'd waste fixing that stuff. Roku is Awesome!

I was looking to add a streaming device to an additional tv set. Already having two other Roku devices, it was an easy decision to go with the Roku Streaming Stick $k Headphone Edition. While my tv isn't 4K, at least I am future proofed for when I do purchase a 4K set. It's nice having the option to listen via headphones and not disturb anyone else. The setup of the Roku was easy, plus it automatically added channels that I had set up on my other Roku devices. I have always been happy with Roku.

Bought a LG OLED TV that has a great picture, but lousy smart TV interface. Added the ROKU stick and the TV is now the best on the market - fantastic picture and fantastic smarts. The ROKU stick is easy to setup, fast, easy to use, and just makes watching TV great. I am happy I spent the extra $10 to get the one with the headphone attachment, as it makes it easy to watch TV while my wife is reading so I don't bother her with a bunch of loud TV noise.

#1 - Easy to install #2 - This is one of their higher-end models, great for 4K #3 - Personally the "headphones" struggle to be OK, I wouldn't use them (only negative about the product) #4 - Easily added the new Disney streaming service (1 minute) #5 - The remote is NOT backlit (ding them for that, I'd pay a few bucks more if the remote had been lit) Would buy again? Yes, Yes! No doubt.

Just got it today, install and setup went smoothly. Very nice step up from the Express (2nd one). My primary reason for getting this, was so I could utilize my 5G network for the higher speed (300 MB’s d/l). Plugging in the headphones automatically mutes the TV, decent sound. Remote synched with my TV, without any extra steps, a 5 year old LG Smart 3D TV. After some more time playing with it I’ll update this. But very happy with the purchase. I would recommend it.

So I've been a fan of Roku since I got my Roku 3 for Christmas and that was YEARS ago and it still works great today. I got this for the main 70" 4K tv in the living room so we could access Apple TV+ and other apps. This thing works perfectly, to say the least. I'll admit that I BRIEFLY considered the Amazon Fire TV stick but quite frankly the Roku runs circles around it. Especially this model, which is exclusive to Best Buy apparently, because it offers private listening which is such an awesome feature if and when you decide to use it. The setup was cake. Connecting to wifi was a breeze. no buffering whatsover thus far!! And I LOVE that the remote can also link with the TV directly so the Roku remote once programmed can turn the tv on and off, control the volume and even mute. And there's no visible wires because I plug one end into the HDMI port and the other directly to one of the available USB slots in the TV and that powers the device. Brilliant!

This is not my first ROKU device, so I knew that the operation would be good and the viewing options would be pretty sweet. I was not wrong. There are many options for viewing free stuff, but the main thing I wanted this stick for was to view my new Disney+ flicks. I also have Prime and some movies stored up in Vudu so those are available too. First off the remote is very good; it has limited buttons so it is easy to learn. Second the earphones operation is great; just plug them in and no one else has to listen to what you're watching. This is great for when everyone else goes to bed. The benefit of this update is that you don't need an electric outlet; just plug the stick in your HDMI port and plug the included cable in your USB port and voila! you have ROKU service. Just FYI, each ROKU device has to be set up separately but they will share info with each other so you can shortcut some of the channel selections and such. Well worth the money.

The Roku streaming stick has a great price point...only $60. EASY to set up; it does require a separate Internet device like a PC or laptop to complete the set up. We were streaming movies within an hour. Love this device. It's the best thing that ever happened to us because of the quarantine. EZ to use and navigate between streaming services. You won't be disappointed.
