Great streaming product, Helped me cut the cord with cable and saved over $100 a month while getting a ton of free apps and channels, better picture, and better sound. Very easy to set up. It's very intuitive and walks you through the setup process. Piece of cake. User Interface is well, user friendly. I bought Ultra 2024 for main TV so I could hard wire to modem via ethernet. Also bought 4K streaming stick for another TV. Remote is great also. Roku knocked it out of the park with this. I should have gotten rid of cable a long time ago.

This Roku is Awesome!!! I can get all the apps i wanted and am even able to watch my own movies with the USB connection from my external hard drives. Its fast and just perfect. Also came with a free month of Fubo streaming app which is a great app for the Roku ultra!!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

This was an upgrade to a 2018 Roku ultra; works great and love the new voice activated remote. The back lighting on the remote is great.

I already owned an earlier version of the Roku Ultra and was happy with it, but I decided to take advantage of the holiday sale price and purchase this new model. It performs flawlessly and is noticeably faster than other Roku streaming devices. I especially appreciate the rechargeable remote with backlit buttons that light up as soon as you pick up the remote. It was a hassle to always replace the batteries in the earlier version of the remote, and the charge appears to last a long time. I bought a new Roku Ultra for my mom, too, and she loves it. She especially enjoys being able to control the power and the volume on her TV with the remote. You can't go wrong with this excellent streaming device.

Got this for my son at Christmas because he had an older tv. Works great! Now he has turned it into a Roku tv, gets all the apps he wanted, is voice activated and even has a "lost" remote finder. He loves it!

This is the best Roku device. Voice channel changing, headset jack. Cant get any better

This was a worthwhile upgrade. I had a Roku Ultra from 2018(# 4660). This unit is faster, supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, and is totally worth it. I bought 4 of these, one for each TV.

My son talked us in getting a Roku Ultra. I purchased the Ultra and it has been a peach of a product. So good that I purchased a second product for our bedroom. The Roku functioned bringing all the different devices into one. I would recommend the Roku Ultimate !

I'm upgrading from the previous version of the roku ultra 2020 ver. and I have to say that it's definitely worth it. If you can get this newer 2024 ver. and you are not ready to get a newer smart TV yet then this will also bring your older tv back to life. Let the Roku Ultra do the processing and you'll get better picture quality. Hard to beat really for ease of use and great price.

I've had several Rokus over the years and got 2 of the Ultra series recently mainly for streaming DirecTV thru their app. DirecTV rents their own streaming platform (the Gemini Air) for $10 per tv monthly. The Roku Ultra does the same function just as well, if not better and it's mine forever (at $10/mo. rent per tv thru DirecTV for their device, the Ultra would be paid for in 8 mo,)

Roku loyalist. Bought my first Roku in 2016 and haven't turned back. Never needed to purchase a smart TV because Roku makes any TV a smart TV. I also love that my Roku remote powers my TV. One less remote to keep up with AND the remote lights up.

Pretty good all-around, but there are occasional software glitches/hangups. I think it's just a Roku thing - I've tried a lot of their products and none are perfect but they're very easy to use and always reliable. The rechargable remote has an excellent battery life.

We recently purchased three of these Roku ultras and are very impressed with their superior performance. I have previously had a Roku stick and a Roku express and these are better with more features.

It's a Roku! Got it for my mother because it's simple and reliable. This Roku Ultra is fast, has a good wifi connection and a backlit remote. It's just what she needed for her Spectrum cable streaming. There are tons of additional streaming apps available.

Fast and glitch free compared to the wireless stick version.

I had a choice: this or Google chromecast. With google I should have also phone as an android, but I got Iphone. Now all works excellent and some apps or sites have airplay

Upgraded the stream stick for better connection. Weve been roku customers since ditching cable and satellite in 2008.
