    I ordered a Ronco food dehydrator which listed the specifications as having 1000 watts but the actual product states 250 watts. The main reason I ordered the that specific product was that it was the highest wattage and therefore, would dehydrate faster. I'm always buying from Best Buy and I'm usually happy with my purchases (computers, tv's, stove) but I will buy elsewhere from now on. I'm very unhappy that they can't even list the correct information on their website.

      Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to review the Ronco - EZ Store Turbo 5-Tray Food Dehydrator - White. We appreciate your concern and wanted to let you know that there was a mistake in the wattage listed for this food dehydrator. The specifications listed the wattage as 1000 watts, when in fact it is 350 watts. We have since corrected the error with the wattage and sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We hold ourselves to higher standards than this and want to make sure we meet the expectations created by our product dimensions in the future.
