It's Roots
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a whole different look at the Roots miniseries based on Alex Haley's novel. The story of Kunta Kinte is retold in this up to date version. There are some different things in the story lines in this Roots that was not in the first Roots; however the main plots lines are still there. The fight for freedom is still the same, both Roots are good. You will love this new take on the miniseries.

ALL OF THE PERFORMANCES IN THIS NEW SERIES ARE SPECTACULAR. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB OF RECREATING THIS TIME PERIOD. TRULY PART OF AMERICAN HISTORY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
