This game is the best golf game EA sports has put out since the original Masters version.

No seriously, there is more attention paid to the wildlife surrounding the courses than anything else. This feels like the first version of Tiger Woods complete with horrible announcers ("oh what a bad shot" as you drop it 5" from the green), very little customization of the player and weak tweaking of the golf physics. There is no way to make it more challenging that I've found other than the swing style. Gone are the days of picking which tee, the weather or whatever. Player customization or game face? Nope! Now it's the same looking goon in 8 different skin tones. Remember club tweaking where you could go to the range and optimize everything? Pfffft. But hey, did you know that Rory won his first golfing major at the 2011 US Open Championship? Yeah, it's filled with factoids while you wait in the "it's not a loading screen" loading screen. Pass on this title and wait for the next golf game. This one will spend more time on the beach than David Hasselhoff.

My wife and I love to play this game!! Great game!

I was hesitant to make this purchase, but after seeing an aggressive discount in addition to my GCU discount, I grabbed the game for $15. As a first time player of any PGA game (my last golf game I owned was Mario Golf for GameCube) I've been very happy with the game so far. I've gotten in 4-5 hours of play and will gladly keep playing.

I played Tiger Woods for years and now my son has an Xbox and wanted to get a new golf game. I picked this up and so far so good.

This is the only golf game out right now and it plays like the old tiger woods games.

Not even a hard core Tiger Woods fan like me will be able excuse EA's lack of innovation in this version of a once proud franchise. Rent it before you buy it!!! Or better yet rent a movie and don't waste the 5 seconds it will take you to realize just how horribly similar this game is to the others, except for the others had better courses!!!

This game is so realistic. Loads of fun and laughs on the course for the Golf lover!

It's a great game! I really have enjoyed it. Mother career mode is quite a challenge.

Bought this to have a fun golf game to play with buddies. This game is really simple; wish it could be a bit more challenging.

The graphics are wonderful in this game and gameplay is challenging and equally fun!

The game seems far to easy, other than putting. The putting does take some skill, but the rest of the shots are way to easy.
