Stand is at least 2-3 shades darker than the picture. There were two damage pieces. I worked directly with the manufacturer and did receive replacement parts, however one of them arrived broken in half. They did get this piece replaced again and was shipped in a must better package the 2nd time. I emailed them a picture of this part (both of the same one) so they could see how they were breaking. One person can put this together by themselves but it would be better to have two pairs of hands on some of the steps. If you can use a darker color, I could recommend this.

The unit was delivered with two small damaged areas but not worth the time and effort to return. Particle board at its best! Very poor design. Requires two sets of hands at times to assemble. Poor choice on my part.

I loved the look of this tv stand online and when it came we assembled it rather easily in just over an hour. However, despite what looked like adequate packing, the top piece had slight damage right in the front...not worth sending back but definitely noticeable. A nice product but disappointing that it is marred!

I really needed a TV stand not very large yet not low to the ground. This was exactly what I needed. It took me about 1-1/2 hours to put together(what I expected) and i was able to do it by myself. I just wish the hole in the back for the cords was a little larger. But overall I am really happy with it!
