Audio missing from release.

Don't buy physical media from Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this online and picked it up in-store. For some reason the cardboard sleeve wasn't included, but not a big deal, I'm not an obsessive collector so I didn't care. Got home and opened it to find the 4k disc wasn't even in the package. The store is on the other side of town so I chatted in for assistance. 20 or so minutes later I was told they couldn't even offer a partial refund because it was an in store pickup and I would need to drive back to the store to see about any kind of refund option. Not even worth spending the time on driving back to get this resolved. Just save your money and time and buy DVDs and Blu-Rays from reputable stores that aren't so big that they don't need to care.
