We've always like Rosetta Stone software and were confident buying it again. The activation code didn't work, but we called their support team and they were very helpful and resolved the issue fairly quickly.

Bought this as a gift and when the person went to register it the serial number came up no good. I had to give the person my receipt for them to activate it. I didn’t appreciate that but once it got processed it was a greatly appreciated gift.

This software is pretty easy to use, and with the included online portion, you can study on the go as well. I took Spanish in high school, so there are some things that I already know, but I learn something new with each lesson.

My son had purchased a different program to use as a tool to learn Spanish. He was so frustrated that he stopped using it. I bought him this one and he not only uses it, he tells me that he’s enjoying it!

I purchased this for my son. He is so excited to get started studying. He had tried a different program previously and felt it was so basic that it was of no value.

I used Rosetta Stone for my ESL ADULT GROUP. I knew it would be a great program for my grandson. He is enjoying it!

Fun and easy to use. You can go at your own pace and learn the language with the help of the audio.

What can I say... I'm just trying to learn a new language...didnt like the price but if I can add another language then it was totally worth it.

Rosetta Stone is a good program however it takes a little getting used to learn how to work with it.

I recieved a headset for my computor for X-mas but it did not include a microphone. So I returned it with no problem

Yo. Do NOT pay all this money for this. This is the worst purchase and most expensive lesson I’ve made in a long time. Do yourself a favor, get DUOLINGO, it’s way better and way more user friendly.

This was purchased for my wife who had extreme difficulty trying to activate this product. Apparently the store had to release the activation code but did not and after much trouble and lengthy conversations the product was finally activated. But the wrong language was activate so once again more calls to Rosetta Stone and finally this product is activated with correct language program. Don’t think we’ll be buying a product like this again.
